Fast service. They installed 3M tint and it matched up really nice to the factory tint. Been there for many years.Took off one star. I went there to get a computer cut expecting the not to see light come in and after I left I noticed some install problems. The small window triangle next to the side view mirror. Was installed too high so light comes in a sliver because the installer placed the tint too high up.

I went to Santiago to change the speakers on my GMC Yukon 2019 and I have to say I’m impressed!Santiago managed to complete the installation within a day and the quality of the work was outstanding. He offered me the best speakers, the Alpines R series at a great price and now the sound quality is outstanding. When I took my vehicle back to do some retouches he did it professionally and effectively. I’ll definitely do business with Santiago once again.

I called to ask if they were open and available to tint my front car windows. The person who answered told me yes. I said ok thank you and hung up. I drove there and when I arrived, with an attitude, she tells me no not today. The owner Santiago came out to tell me that I hung up before she could tell me on the phone that actually they couldn’t do the work today. He was friendly and polite but this is poor customer service and wasted time. I wouldn’t recommend.

I am very pleased with the outcome, it ended up matching really well. The tint quality is great and the service was fast. However, there was a minor error on two of the small triangle windows, even with the tint being computer cut. It caused a small line of light to enter the vehicle along the side. I am very pleased to say that it was fixed upon showing them the small error. If in doubt, don’t be, I highly recommend their services!

The guy that does sound and security is never there I would assume he is the owner since I’ve been there three times he is never available.i went by today and the guy the works in the back send me another office next door to look for the owner and it turns out he is not there and they work on logo design which is not what I am looking to do. Well at this point theyy lost my business, close shop if you can’t take care of customers

I called a few places to get an estimate, they were not only polite but had same day installation available for tints. When I got there everyone was super friendly, helpful and professional. I dont live in Miami so I got the 3M tints with the warranty card (theyre also computer cut, so you dont have to worry about pieces all over the inside of your car) . I even ended up taking my step-dads work van because he liked how my tints came out. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area. 👍

I came here to get tints on my new BMW. I specifically came here because they use computerized cuts for the tints and are careful in the placement of the window tinting. Im extremely happy with how my tints turned out and Id recommend them to my friends and family members.

The tints for my Honda CRV came out perfect. They look great and really make the vehicle look so much better. The plotter they use to cut the tints is very interesting, it really does allow them to do a perfect tint job.I also had a car alarm installed, there was a little hick-up with the amount of time it took; but the guys stayed late and got the job done in the end. A very professional job, not a mark anywhere in the vehicle.I recommend making an appointment, I was shocked to see how many people come to this place (it is small). While you wait, Keg South is almost just a few steps away (good food) as is a full service gas station with hot food and a sit down area. You could also wait at the shop, they do have a small waiting area with cable TV.I spoke with the owner, he is really a great guy; seems to care about the customer.In the end I got a fair price and the job was done right. I cant ask for more than that.

My co-worker santiago Villa recommended me this place that it was the best but i think he got short on describing how professional they are, I am supper supper happy with the work that they did on my car with the window tinting, they are the best Im in love with the work. I personally now recommend this company i give then five starts because thats what the system lets you put but im my personal opinion they deserve a 10 start .

I used them around 3 year ago and I like it. I just purchased a Volvo XC40 and I taking it to them to have the windows tinted.

Had my tints done here on Friday and in under an hour and a half drove away with the most perfect tint job Ive ever seen. Not one bubble or bad cut where light filters through anywhere. Their film cutter ensures that every tint is perfect. Definitely worth every penny. Will return here with my wifes suv for the front doors. Thank you High Grade.

This is the place to go to if you want to get your radio/subwoofer/tints installed!! They are extremely professional and dont have that uncomfortable personality that you usually get when you go to one of these stereo shops thinking they are all ghetto and thinking they know it all so that they can charge for a ridiculously labor fee. They were extremely helpful with my install when they had to put a power wire to the positive terminal but had broken off by accident. They were kind enough to take me to a auto parts to get a new terminal. And I took my girlfriends car to get her radio and tints installed and they worked pretty fast!! I would highly recommend their 3M color stable tints and they have a printer that cuts out the shape of your cars windows to the tints come out looking flush!!!

I saw the reviews for high grade sound and security on google, and the reviews were amazing so i decided to give them a shot plus i live in kendall anyways so i went there to get my tints done for my corolla. The office is very organized and clean and their tints are all computer cut. They did a great job on my car. No bubbles . No complaints! I got the 15% tint. Within two hours they made my windows looking amazing . & it was definitely worth the wait. I reccomend this place to anyone in miami who wants to get their windows tinting and their staff is very nice and have a reasonable pricing !

Dont waste your time with other shops, just come here. The owners name is Santiago. I called him in the morning and set up an appointment for that afternoon. I arrived on time and he got to work on my car. Took a couple of hours but he did an awesome job. He appears to be a one man shop but the place is neat, clean and everything is put away. This is an owner that takes pride in his shop and in his work. I tried all the other places in Miami, Senor Stereo has a well deserved horrible reputation, Tint Masters is a joke, Professional Window Tinters expect you to bring your car and wait around all day and none of these places will take appointments. I also checked out other places and they have some weird tint brands that ive never even heard of.Just call High Grade Window Tinting and set up an appointment with Santiago. And no, I am not a friend or a relative, just a very satisfied customer.
