Set up an appointment or just pull in if they can take you. Clean, VERY professional, polite and great Customer Service. They explain how the Llumar tints reduces the heat and UV, Cris even demonstrated it for me.They protect the interior and exterior of your car while they tint.They have their house brand and Llumar brand. I went with Llumar 20% CTX all around. I regret it because I should have gone with darker like 15% or 5% especially here in Miami..The car looks great no complaints. While stting at the traffic light I didnt feel the Miami sun beeting down on me eventhough its 89 degrees. What a difference from no tint to now.When done, they wiped my windows down inside & out, also any other overspray of soapy water. They even had no roll down stickers to cover the buttons on my doors.Small little shop but Cris and Cesar does take pride in their art work (Tinting), especially their attention to detail!There is waiting room with A/C or just chill outside in the shop feeling cool with their fan and relaxing on their bench. Their restroom is clean too.I was provided with a pamphlet of warranty, care instructions and a receipt. Thats unheard-of.Im very impressed.When I return with my other vehicles I hope this review will boost his buisness and he will give me a SUPER discount!Thanks Guys,Dante
D12 is the BEST place to go get your car tinted. They are very professional. The owner was so nice he listened to my concerns & gave me honest responses. I told him my name was Nyah & he never forgot it. He addressed me by my name every time we spoke. I got a 3 yr warranty with my tints which was absolutely amazing. I love my tints! They also have a very cute & cozy waiting area.
Had my old tints that I got from another place replaced here. Cristian was amazing and polite. He explained the process quite well and he went above and beyond to meet all my needs. The tints came out perfect and were way better than the ones I had gotten from a different place.
Great experience at D12 - I did extensive research on automotive window film with UV protection. I chose D12 since it was easy to work with Christian, and D12 is an authorized dealer for a window film brand recognized by the Skin Cancer Foundation. Christian is responsive, professional, and the shop is tidy and spotlessly clean. The window tints came out really well, the car is noticeably cooler and the sun is less strong while driving. I’d highly recommend!

Cristian was on time for the appointment to remove and replace the tints on my 2013 Tundra. He did an excellent and clean job, the truck tints look amazing. Chris was great! I called him the day before, we discussed pricing. He was 50% cheaper than any other place I called. Other places were claiming my car would be difficult, take more time, cost more money... Chris/D12 was honest and even gave me substantial discounts. When I brought my car, I called 30min before and he was waiting for me and started immediately. He was very professional and the job was excellent. Would highly recommend. Fast and an amazing service, got there and about 40 min later left with my windows tinted (without an appointment). Stopped by D12 this morning to see if there was any availability to have my front two windows tinted. Was immediately taken care of and everything was completed (superior quality) within 30min! Waiting area had water and WiFi so I was able to complete some work and was quickly on my way. Excellent service, excellent quality, highly recommended.
Did a very great job with the tints on my truck. Was able to have the tints added and the car returned back within an hour, after closing time, without having to schedule an appointment. Great company, and I will be returning to get my other car tinted out by the best tint shop in Miami!!!
