If I could give it 0 stars I would.Window tint % does not match the tint % you select. Once the tint was put on my window, I noticed how the 15% was closer to the 35% I had on previously. When they used the tint detector, it read 20-28% (changed per window). It didnt match the 15% I paid for. When I asked why, the owner said the supplier doesnt have consistent tint films. As a customer, this information will not be made known before you wait 7 hrs for service.How they select whose car is next, is not consistent. They skip people.The female at the desk doesnt communicate with technicians the correct tint % or service being done. After the mix-up, she admitted that she told the technician the wrong % for my front strip.I highly recommend you stay with your car. DONT DROP IT OFF!! I watched the technicians drive customers cars hard and fast just to move them or change bays.Pay more for better quality and better service. Your peace of mind will thank you.

The reviews about the long waits are true!  I wish I would have listened. I went there two days ago. I just wanted to get my two front windows tinted, and I wasted an hour and a half of my life with nothing to show for it. When I walked in, the lady at the front desk put my name on a list, and that was it. I did not get any updates during the whole time, and my car was not serviced.After an HOUR and 15 minutes of waiting with no communication, I went to the front to tell her to take my name off the list. She then said to me that my car is next. I reluctantly sat down and waited for another 15 minutes. During that time I noticed that she said the same thing to other people who came in to check the status of their car. I also spoke with another customer there and asked if he was waiting long, since he was there before I came. He said he was there all day yesterday and had to come back again today. I realized an hour and a half was enough time wasted and I left. As I walked out, I saw the lady at the front desk standing around with other workers outside talking and eating. Work cant get done if no one is working!I looked on Google to see where the next nearest window tinting place was. There is a place in walking distance called Quick Tint. It is on 10201 NW 27th Ave, Miami, FL 33147. I went there and spoke with Justin and he had excellent customer service! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!!! Dont waste your time and money here. Go next door to Quick Tint. They are true to their name.

They took great care of my baby!!! I would suggest going when they first open to get in because they get busy quickly!!! Even in the middle of the week. They were fast and efficient. The tech didnt make a move with my tint until he got my opinion. Great work!!!

This place definitely needs new management to operate the business like a respectable establishment..There were only 3 people doing tints on about 15 cars waiting..1 guy was doing 1 car and a father and son duo was doing another.. Makes Zero sense,Oh and fire that fat girl behind the counter that was only worried about her pollo tropical food orders that kept coming in threw the door while I waited 4 hours with no service what so ever.No recommendations to this so called Tint shop..

Went there and spoke to the women from the counter who schedules and charges for the tints. I asked her how long it would take to be attended and she said 40 mins. That I would be the next one. I told her I had to do an errand that if I could leave my car and come back once they were done ; she agreed and said they would call me and that it wouldnt take long. My car was there for 2 1/2 hours without getting anything done to it. When I speak to her she says it will be done in 20 mins. So I come back in 20 mins and they had just begun to put one of the tints. The man tells me I had to come back in 1 hour. The front desk has absolutely no communication with the workers from what I noticed. They tell you one thing inside and another outside in the garage. When I went to pick up my car they had another car parked in front of it, and told me they wouldnt give me my car until they finished the tints on the other one. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ just unbelievable.

I went there to remove and replace tints. I heard that it takes about 2 hours so I arrived there at 930am thinking I was going to leave by 1130. I left there at 545pm!!!! Worst experience ever!!! The lady at the front (gabby) kept giving everyone wrong timing. She would tell me my car will be next and then time would pass and she would say ok in 15 minutes but 45 minutes would pass. She said she was going to give me a discount but it went from 120 to 107. They shouldve made the service half off since I was there during their whole hours of operation. And when I left, I saw lifting bubbles !!! Gabby said that they were short staff but if that was the case then why keep allowing people in and having them sign in?

My sister recommended Chachy’s Auto Tinting to me, it’s a wait so come early, other then that they do an excellent job with the tints! They’re extremely accommodating, especially the receptionist. Won’t be disappointed.

I will say their prices is Amazing. You can’t go lower than them. Their services is great too. I enjoyed the services of their staff because they are respectful and assist you appropriately when approached. Now, here is my issues with them, I tried three times to get on a list to get my tints. Neither attempts did I get a phone call back. I went at different times the day to get them and even as early as 7am. I still wasn’t able to get my car service. I can’t put all the blame on them because it’s not their fault for having the lowest prices and everyone and their momma looking to be serviced. No I am wrong I can blame them because as a company you must take the good and the bad. I don’t know the reason why my car could not get tints, twice it was due to staff shortage. I get it. Oh I almost forgot they raised their prices to $75 the same day I was supposedly near the top of the list but still never got a phone call back to get the tints done. I gave up and went to another company.

Stay away from this place. This lady would tell you there is 4/5/6 cars ahead of you, but 6 hours later, no service. I left after 2 hours, but thats 2 wasted hours. Just pay an extra 5/10 bucks and go somewhere else. They dont appreciate customers.

Wow Ive been going to Chachys since the early 90s when Joey was working there and never left. Ive never had a problem with my tints, and the one time that I had them put on one of my cars and they had gotten to dark I went back and they changed them for me. Last but not least my daughter just purchased 2 vehicles and who did the tints of course Chachys Auto Tinting.

I just wanted to replace a fuse for my audio system and I was dissatisfied. I dont understand how they sell audio equipment but dont carry fuses. I also waited for hours just for that simple service that I ended up just learning how to do it myself. There is also never an available parking space here either. Instead of hiring pretty faces hire Knowledgeable technicians.

I guess they didn’t think I had the time for this.To start off I would never recommend this bogus tint place ever again. I came in around 10am picked up my car around 4pm. I paid and left with my warranty yellow sheet they gave you, as I was pulling out I over heard the guy who did my tints tell his co worker“This paper roll of tint was bad”As I analyzed the windows after leaving. Every window was filled with bubbles and dust from behind that wasn’t cleaned off window.I called back the same day and I was told to wait 3-4 days till the tints dried. I came back 4 days later, and was told I couldn’t get the tints fixed without the warranty paper work. I came the following day to not loose my whole days worth of work for them to tell me they only do warranty repairs Mon-Wed 9am-3pmWhen I had been waiting since the morning......Ended up paying double to take the tints off and putA1 quality tints. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this place ever. And the owner and his staff are the most low quality and disrespectful business organization EVER.

The worst experience I ever had & will never recommend. I got there 45 mins before they opened knowing that they get packed & pit my name on the list. First they are very rude, the girl Gabby I went 3 times asking when my car will be next she said 2 hours, I was there from 8:15-4:20 and she tells me they can’t fit me in today, and I’ll have to try another day! Very rude, comes late, and poor time management as well as customer service, better off spending the extra 20 dollars for a more organized place!!!!

I came in. It was packed and no parking. So, I made an appointment and came back. No one was at the front desk when I came at my appointment time. I went to the shop area to inquire and they said I had to wait. I waited for a while and then left. Waste of my time to make an appointment.

Never again. I went here 8:30am and put my name on the list. They open at 9am. I was told it will be a two hour wait. Now it’s 4:00pm and I was told oh well we can’t do your car today. Gabby was very rude and unprofessional. I wasted my whole day here waiting to not even get service.

They did pretty good with my tints. I satisfied. The guy left a puddle of brown liquid behind the back window (yuck) other than that service was great. I would recommend if you have time, because theyre always packed.

Got my tints done from them. My tint film bubbled up in less than a week. I called to see when can I come in and get them done again, because I have a 5 year warranty. They will not acknowledge the warranty. Please stay away from this place. Waste of time and money.

I have gone to this place for years. I have gotten multiple cars tinted here. They actually honor their warranty on the workmanship. As long as you have your receipt they stand by what is listed on that receipt. The only issue for me is the wait time here is RIDICULOUS. I hope the wait time improve.

HORRIBLE AND RUDE! Wait times are insane I left my car at 11 am and didn’t pick it up until 6 pm which I still had to wait because it wasn’t ready. Cheap tints for cheap quality. SIMPLY HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. You’ll end up paying double the price to take them off and do it somewhere else.

Went here yesterday, was told it was a 2hr wait and will receive a call. My husband left his number, we left and came back because we didn’t get a call like the girl Inside said that took his number and once he went inside to see were we was at in line. The girl became rude and upset with him, guess she lied thinking we wasn’t going to come back or wait the 2hrs and was told they closing. She didn’t have to lie, I could’ve looked elsewhere or came another day. I don’t deal with bad customer service, so I want be returning

Took over 5 hours to get my car done in a Saturday afternoon. Place lacks organizational skills. Although they are friendly personnel, for a new car I would NOT take it to this place. I rather pay more and get better quality service in terms of effectiveness and efficiency.

My tints came out flawlessly and for only 85 bucks. I also got my radio, speakers and HID headlights installed here. very professional and well. I WILL becoming back here for any of my car needs. And I suggest you do the same

So I hired these clowns, Olga and Francisco, to install speakers and tint my windows. I checked over their work and was appalled. The speakers I gave them were not the ones installed. The tint job they did was terirble. The tint had bubbles all over it. To top this mess off, a bottle of MEDICATION was stolen out of my car, along with an emergency $100 bill I kept in the glove box, a half a pack of cigarettes and the change I kept in the ashtray. They also stole my phone charger. When I confronted them, they just smiled and pointed to a sign that says Not responsible for lost or stolen items.... they also charged me $150 more than the original quoted price. When I told them I wouldnt pay, they refused to give me my keys back..... Im taking these clowns to small claims court to get justice... I dont know what I did to piss these guys off but I regret doing business with them!

I drove 2 1/2 hours to Miami to get my windows tinted. They did a terrible tint job. After a week, the windows were full of bubbles. I called the manager Olga and explained I live 2 1/2 hours away and could I come on a Saturday for the warranty. She said yes, when I arrived, she don’t remember talking to me but she remembers where I drove from!! Chachy comes out with a nasty attitude explaining the warranty and completely ignoring me telling him his wife told me to come, even showed the time I called in my phone. 5 hours I wasted and will never recommend or go there again.

For the cry babies saying negative things (leave your car and come back later if youre not willing to wait)*CHACHY im sorry i drove you crazy i will take you more pizzas for lunch in the future!

3 words. Hor-ri-ble....... I had to end up taking my car back twice making it 3 times in total. The so called warranty protocol sucks because when you go back for them to correct the issue they created, they put you at the bottom of the list, saying they don’t skip people. Hello, I’m only back due to shoddy work by the owner himself Chachy. Another young man did them the 3rd time, there a still 2-3 little bubbles and 1-2 wrinkles. When they do a bad install, they should take your car back next and not make you wait 2-3 yet again. Ugh!I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog.Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else, that’s is more professional. I truly feel that because they are in the “hood”, they give that crappy warranty. If they were in a more affluent neighborhood they would never tell people that they must come Monday to Wednesday 9a-2p. Although they replaced the lumpy, bubble filled tints outside of those hours, they did bring up the warranty hours, but I had to remind them that I was only there due to their negligence.Long story short I truly regret going there. Although they are cheaper than some other places, I lost time I can’t reclaim and frustration I would rather put towards a more important issues.. Also the parking is a mess. A major thumbs down 👎🏾.The only positive, the lady with the straight hair, parted down the middle, looks over 30. Is very nice and professional. The younger girl with the tongue piercing, leaves a lot to be desired.
