Alignment Nirvana in short. Upon arrival and shortly after being greeted by Albert (owner) one can quickly tell youre in for an experience. This is by far not your average wheel alignment shop. Also if you are in a hurry you may want to reconsider. First things first. Albert takes his time to learn more about the vehicle, your driving habits and why are you there. This all happens before your car even enters the shop. Once on the platform he will conduct a quick under carriage inspection of the vehicle. If he deems it acceptable then the alignment process begins. He then proceeds to connect all four tires to his system and provides you with a printout of the car upon arrival which he thoroughly explains it to you noting if anything is off spec. After he performs the alignment he provides you with another printout that shows his work and what has been corrected according to your cars specifications. He then asks you to take the car for a quick test drive to make sure you are happy with the results. In my case I immediately noticed much tighter steering, aligned steering wheel and the most noticeable difference was on the highway. Wow! The car now performs as it was meant to.Its gratifying to meet people like Albert that are masters in their craft. In this fast paced world we live in its refreshing to meet people who are willing to take their time to make sure the job is done right.

Awesome place to take ones car and get an alignment! I am very please with the service Albert provides. He may seem like he is a drill sergeant grilling you on questions about your car, but he is just trying to get the most information possible to make the best driver setup possible for you and your car. Cant say good enough things about the experience at Apex Alignment. Albert is a top notch person, to some who do not get his sarcasm it may seems like he is being rude, but it is not the case. He takes his time to explain you everything you need to know. If you are getting a performance alignment, he asks questions and listens to see what your goals are.Extremely pleased with the alignment, and over on top the service he offers. Google should put a sixth start just for Apex Alignment for their reviews.

The best alignment place in Miami hands down. Albert gets back with you to schedule an appointment and even does a courtesy call the day before to confirm time. Lowered or not able to service any type of car for any type of set up from street driving to racing. Walks you through each step of the process from test driving upon arrival to establish baseline condition to getting initial printout of the before specs. Once adjustments are made provides a printout for comparison, test drives the vehicle and then asks you go for a test drive to see how it drives. Best thing is Albert asks a series of questions before doing anything to gear the alignment towards your desires and what you up to achieve.

The best part about visiting Apex alignment is that you leave educated. Its one thing visiting an alignment shop, giving them your car and leaving when the job is done but another is to be informed about the type of adjustments that can be done in your car and how those adjustments function. Albert is a down to earth dude and I thank him for that. My RSX and 89 MR2 drive great thanks to him.

If I could give six stars I would.I called Albert a little over a week ago after installing coilovers in my car because I had a small issue. He took the time on the phone to go over some possibilities that might be causing my problem. A few things he said open my eyes to check other causes of my issue.After speaking with him I set up an appointment in which was yesterday. Before he even touched my car he asked me many questions to get a feel of what I was looking for. After asking me many questions he took my car for a test drive. Again before doing an alignment he thoroughly inspected the underneath of my car and pointed out a few small issues. After doing a visual inspection and running the car through the system before adjusting anything he took the time to explain what can be and what can’t be adjusted.Albert was not rushed even though there was a customer waiting. He took the time to explain everything to me and asked me several times if I had any questions. The service I received was phenomenal and I am now with only go one place for an alignment. His service went above and beyond any facility that does alignments.

Albert is a pro at what he does. He works by appointment only, and will give you a reminder call a day before. On the day of the appointment, he will ask the mods you have done to the car, what are your future plans for the car, do you plan to track it or not. He will then take the care for a test drive. Next he will put it on the lift, do a check and come back to you with a print out. He will then explain what needs to be worked on as far as alignment is concerned. He will also explain the various terms to you, caster, camber etc. Next he will do the actual alignment and come back with another printout letting you know what the current status of caster, camber etc is. Once he is done with the alignment, he will take the car for a test drive, and then ask you to take it for a test drive. An awesome dude to deal with, patient, knowledgable and like I said before. He is a pro at what he does.

Albert is one of the best in the business. He is an expert on not only street alignments but also race alignments. If you are new to getting into the road racing circuit he will gladly give you the best alignment to start off with for your vehicle and for a great price. I came all the way from Ft. Lauderdale to see Albert and it was well worth it. A unique alignment experience. I met with Albert for a true one on one customer appointment. Other places Ive been where not like this, (Miami Chassis aka now MC Customs) except forAlignment Factory which really only specializes in trucks, and did not do my car right and gave me a lecture about not needing camber kits lol!Albert at Apex Alignment is very professional, he first asks what your final goal is with your alignment, such as is it for drifting, racing, street, etc. and explains in detail to you with even a model car adjustments and alignment(great if your not technical and are visual). Hes very honest and will note to you every difference he finds as he corrects them. At the end you walk away with a before and after printed sheet of your alignment with more knowledge:) Another plus is he is affordable and worth every single penny.This place rocks!!!Oh, and a big plus is he works with ANY LOWERED CAR IN MIAMI for ALIGNMENT!!!Trust me, Im less than 3 inches from the ground in-front spoiler and he works with race cars lower.
