Damarys is the most knowledgeable person I’ve met in this industry. From custom tire Fitment, lifts, repairs you name it. I’ve always counted on her and her awesome team. Great Team, my history, I have a 2004 525I BMW in great shape, I love this car, I decided buy a new style of wheel, after install the new wheel the car beginning with a hard vibration at 65 mph or over, I visited many shops in order to resolve the problem, one of those guys told me, that is alignment and balancing, other guy told me, one of the new wheels is bend (incredible) and all these guys charge money for evaluation, ( correction, for wrong evaluation), but when I visit GWT, the guys show me the problem and explain me everything, the team take at least one hour to resolve, once they finished, I test the car to see the result and BAMMMM car feel like 787 at 35,000 feet, no vibration, job done perfectly after maybe 3 month.. Guys believe me, I was thinking in sales my lovely car. For the right wheel jobs, this is the right team. Thanks

Had one of the worst experience. A girl at front with golden hair, highly unprofessional and no motivation towards business and customer. I went to their place to get the steps installed for my Silverado 2021 and asked the lady if I can see some different types of steps she had and get some quotes and get started immediately. First she said me I cannot show you different types then she said it won’t be for today ill send you pictures and quotes. I was ok about it as wasn’t in any rush so I was waiting for the pics and quotes Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday I thought lets walk in and ask the lady what’s up…..Her reply was sorry I sent to a wrong email I never gave you my email I gave you my number. I wonder why people whine and cry when they have business I have seen people without work and without business trust me its not a good feeling. Anyways ill definitely find some other place to get my work done. FYI IM STILL WAITING FOR PICTURES AND QUOTE

Exceptional job. Very easy to make appointment. The mechanics were extremely nice. They took the time to do the job right. Damaris was very friendly in front as well. Daisy was beautiful (dog that greeted every customer).They were quick to complete the job and very reliable. I highly recommend them.

Purchased some new 20 inch wheels on my truck in Candy Red! They did an amazing job with installation and are very knowledgeable about wheels and proper fitments!

NEVER USING THEIR SERVICES EVER AGAIN!!! If you want to know why read about my experience with them.I went in for Lowering Springs install, dropped the car off at 1pm and they started working on the car at 5pm by 6 the owner tells me Whoever installed the last coils stripped a couple of bolts so he is fighting with that, setback. The suspension was stock never been changed before, so dont know how this was possible. I left the car overnight because they finished at 9pm and had to get an alignment. When I go in the next day to pick it up after waiting an hour passed the time they told me it would be ready, we go for a ride to check alignment and the steering wheel is crooked. I told them I would bring it back to fix it. After driving the car over the weekend the car had a clunking noise on the rear right wheel (the same one they had a problem removing). I took the car in on Monday because of the clunking noise to see if they would see anything, and told me if was the toe arm joint was bad, it needed replacing. I still have warranty on the car, so I took it to BMW directly, and after 3 hours of searching for the problem, they tell me it was a lose nut from the Sway Bar Link on the rear tire, they told me the nut that was used was not the original one and it was left lose, they charged me for fixing the issue. I called GWT Motoring before picking up the car to see if I can drive to them to get the alignment fixed and told me I can be there around 4pm. When I get there the guy for the alignment had left and was gonna make it back in 45mins, I call again around 5 and he did not come back, so I made another appointment for 10am Saturday. I get there at 10am and they had just driven a car to the alignment ramp. I ask the front desk how long before they get to my car and she tells me an hour and a half before it goes up there, because the guy that aligned the car wasnt there.Ive never left a bad review on anyone, but this was just unacceptable. I paid them the day I first picked up my car without caring about how long the things took, I even tipped the guy who worked on my car. But this Service was just horrible, they didnt care to help fix my clunk issue, they didnt take any responsibility for the mistake they did and kept pushing me back every time I went to them. I didnt ask for a refund or any type of credit for having to pay the Dealer to fix the bolt they left lose in the first place and to top it all off I have to pay to get my alignment done somewhere else.

Make sure you read this before going to this placeIve never left a bad review on anyone, but this was just unacceptable. I went over this business Tuesday September 22 tto dismount and mount a tire. During this process the tire bead broke. I said not a problem it was a used An used tire. The shop gave me a spare tire to go home since they were closing and stayed with my rim. The next day Wednesday September 23rd at 14:20 I bought a brand new tire with warranty at Ace tires which is down the street. Warranty states that if the tire is defected I shall get a new one. However, if the shop mounting breaks it they have to pay for it. I went over to GWT to mount my new tire. I noticed the guy that was mounting the tire has a lot of work, so he did mounted my tire quickly and put it back in my car without checking if it was leaking. Thursday 24th I did not drive the car stayed parked at my house. On Friday 25th I drove to nearest Walmart, parked, then noticed my tire was completely flat, 0 Psi. I fellow citizen lend me his tire machine in order to put air in my tire. After putting enough air in my tire I made it to GWT Motoring stating my tire was completely flat. The guy that mounted my tire checked my tire with soap noticed it had many leaks in the inner and outer walls. He later put tire bead sealer, but the tire was still leaking. The boss came over to tell him he was wasting to much time on me, that he had more work to do. He tried putting more tire bead sealer and said it wasn’t leaking. I checked the tire and it was leaking. The boss told me I was wasting his employees time that the tire I had was a bad brand he started giving me all these excuses saying how cheap tires leak and my rims sometimes leak ( tire won’t hold air for more than 2 hours) he basically denied to help me again for the job I paid. He said if I wanted to get issue solved I had to pay again. They didnt take any responsibility for the mistake they did and kept pushing me back every time I went to them. I didnt ask for a refund or any type of credit

Chewy was recommended to us over 2 years ago and we wouldn’t take our car anywhere else for tires and alignment. He’s very professional, honest and does an excellent job in a timely matter. It’s hard to find these qualities in a mechanic and we are more than pleased with his work. Facility is very organized and answers the phones promptly and professionally

Took my car in to get tires and TPMS sensors transferred from my factory wheels over to a new set of wheels. Mounted, balanced, and installed. Very happy with the results and how they took care of the wheels, not a single scratch or mark on either set. All the staff was very nice and friendly too. It was also good to hear from other customers in the waiting area who had been brining their cars in for over 10 years. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending this place to others. Needed to have my tires balanced after another shop dropped the ball. Called and spoke with Luis, who basically diagnosed my issue over the phone (water in the tire) with just a short explanation of what I was feeling. They had me in and out the same day, did a great job balancing the wheels and the issue is gone.Highly professional, highly knowledgeable, highly recommended.

Second time visiting and I’m very satisfied with their service. Very professional and always looking out for their customers. I needed to get the best tires, at the best price, and yes I waned them installed today!!! After researching online and calling a few of the big box stores I realized no one carries the tires you are looking for. Everything had to be special ordered and would take a few days to arrive to the store. Then I would need to make an appointment to get the tires installed? I needed new tires installed today... not by the end of the week!My Brother recommended I give GWT (Got Wheels and Tires) Motoring a shot. Not only did they have all four brand new tires in stock, I was in and out within’ one hour, and they had them at a price that really worked for me!!! This is actually my second time here. The first time I came here I promised them I would write a review but, I felt weird about writing a review before I had a chance to fully experience the tires. Now I can honestly say both Service and Products are A+!!!I’m actually paying less for tires that are going to give me the same performance than I did the first time I came here because this time I’m going with their personal recommendation!!! The first four Sumitomo tires (215/45/17) I purchased here at GWT Motoring gave me excellent gas mileage, performance, and value!!! I feel confident the second set of four tires I just bought here today will, too. I’m one happy customer and I know you will be, too. They will treat you like family because they are family.

I moved from the Northeast in November and the weather had corroded my rims beyond repair. I went to their shop and told them what I wanted and asked them to put in a leveling kit on the front of my truck. They ordered the parts and I dropped it off one day while I was at work. They are very friendly and helpful there. Will definitely use them again if I need tires or anything.

Excellent!!! The service I received was great and a positive experience! I scheduled an appointment and from the start I felt welcomed. The customer service was amazing. They were honest and informed me of a broken control arm on my Nissan and the steps and part numbers I needed to have a perfect alignment on my lowered 350z. The office manager went the extra mile and sent me a picture of the part I needed to my cell phone. Needless to say, they could have taken my money, but they are truly honest. If they could move mountains, they would! Truly I tell you, they went out of their way to help me. I rescheduled, I was late and they still were cool and rocked it! I will be a lifetime loyal customer & I value a company like GWT Motoring. I am a retired Marine. I live in Colorado, however I visit my family in Miami, yearly.
