First time coming here and booked with Naomi. BEST full Brazilian waxing experience I’ve ever had by far! I’ve been waxed at other places before and this place does not come to play! I had this futuristic fan blowing air on me while Naomi used another hand held fan on the area. The wax itself is different it’s elastic and if you just pull your skin gently upwards you won’t feel a thing. I was shocked with how quick it all was and it ended with Naomi using an ice pack on that area Seriously if you’re interested in getting a Brazilian, THIS is the place to go! Laura came in with an poor attitude as if she were irritated. I spoke and she walked in just looked at me and kept going towards the back. After that I was hoping she wasn’t the person giving me my wax but she was. I’ve been getting waxed for years. It’s was a poor job. Still hair visible. I dont know if she had a rough day but it was prob the worst experience. Not a clean job. Seem rushed and just bad energy. If I didn’t get the first client promo I wouldn’t have paid full price but lucky it was only $24. The place is clean and the lady at front desk is very nice and welcoming.

Got a FULL Brazilian with Noemi and it is THE BEST wax I’ve ever had. It was quick, relatively painless, and there isn’t a stray hair ANYWHERE. The space is very clean and bright and the girls at the front desk were absolutely accommodating when I had to change my appointment a few times due to work. Won’t be going anywhere else.
