Once again disappointed they clearly dont know how to book anything for the right time booked then had to wait an hour after my appointment to get a haircut back to 1 star not changing it again

Tried to get my haircut there today. They had 5 stylists and only 1 cutting hair, the rest sitting around talking. 1 other customer in the store, who is currently getting a haircut. Told it will be a 10 minute wait. 20 minutes later I walk out. Havent been happy the last couple times Ive been there. No plans to go back after today. This place has really went downhill after all the old stylists left.*UPDATE* 1 hour later, and they call me to see if Im ready for my haircut. No thanks!

The lady who cut my bangs chopped them off way too short and uneven. She didnt listen to what I wanted. They will trim them up for free in a few weeks, but they still look awful now.

My mom usual get her hair cut here!There was a new young girl this last time.My mother needs to wear a hat until it grows out. It is bad my mom is 77 years old, she said it will grow out.My advice get a seasoned stylist or go somewhere else.
