We were improperly charged late fees for months, since we had an auto payment, invoices were paid always on time. Although, Ive contacted the number on invoice, a rude woman said several times she didnt see any late charge, but this fee was deducted automatically since we had an auto payment as I mentioned before. Also, contacted Andrew Rodriguez ( UMI Rep ) by email in several occasions, he did not answer and these funds were never returned to the client. Nobody took this seriously. We canceled the service for this unprofessional situation and also, because the company repeatedly failure to timely render services as contracted. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

The service in office have been good butBilling department customer service is really poor. Despite many intents to get an issue of late fees remove for a misplace invoice there is no way to get it resolve. We have been puntual customer for many years and we also have referred other dentist and medical offices but there it’s no appreciation.

We have used UMI for the past 12 years at our clinic. During that time we have never had an issue with our services and their prices have remained stable. Their drivers are knowledgeable and courteous. Their office staff are always so kind and helpful. It has been a pleasure doing business with them and I wouldnt consider changing either. In the years weve been in business, they have been the most trustworthy and honest and quick to resolve any issues.

I’m very happy with our UMI medical waste service for our medical office. We’ve been with them since around 2006 and have never experienced any issues. We unfortunately made the mistake of leaving them for another waste company a few years ago since since that company had given us a great offer, only problem was once we signed up it turned out to have hidden fees and ended up costing us much more in the end. Once our contract was up we immediately returned to UMI since they provide us with reliable service, easy pickups, plus no hidden costs.

Great about pickups but customer service is very poor. Had to waste a lot of time on the phone and sending emails due to change of ownership of my business and they were incompetent at sorting out the billing.

We have been with UMI for 6 years. When we had a small scheduling problem, they were quick to fix. Drivers are always very friendly and professional.

Poor customer service. Would show up at the office on days we were closed after we faxed them a copy of our monthly schedule. Then blame us for it. Save yourself time and aggravation and find a different company.
