Thoroughly disappointed in the service that we receive from progressive waste solutions. My staff has been calling all week trying to get this picked up after they did not pick up on Tuesday as scheduled. Staff called Wednesday, and was told that it was listed as picked up in their systems. Had it rescheduled to be picked up that day, to no avail. Called Thursday, and they said that the truck was broke on Wednesday, and that they are coming that day. I arrived this morning and the garbage is still there. I called personally, and the person said that it showed as picked up in there system. I think I need to start fielding the calls from the other companies at this point. So disrespectful to the HISTORIC LYRIC THEATER the oldest theater in Miami.

It looks that they work hard to do the worst job posible, they dont even deserve 1 start.
