The person that answer the phone in the Miami area is incredible unprofessional, the service is bad, we have several building with the company, they collect UP FRONT EVERY MONTH FROM THE COMPANY CREDIT CARD, with mean they dont have any excuse why not picking up the garbage, but they always have an excuse, driver on vacation, driver is sick, they training a new driver, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
