For the past month waste connections has excuses ranging from their drivers being on vacation, missing drivers and the customers have to suffer. My company has had its warehouse backed up on trash because our waste bin is still full. Recovery pickups take 2 weeks and by then they are picking up your trash again for it’s scheduled pick up and don’t give you a week in credit.If thats not a reason to be able to get out of a contract, I dont know what is. If you try to leave, they will do everything possible to delay their responses to getting the matter resolved. Been waiting on Luis De Leons ONE DAY REPLYS.

The garbage has not been picked up in the apartment building, calling every day, being promised that today they will send someone... in the meantime nothing but excuses: first they said their drivers checked the service as done... 3 times without doing it, then they admitted they have a shortage of personnel are and now after almost two weeks of bags of trash piling up their only response is to send an email to customer service because there is no manager to talk to. Not sure what is going on but if they cannot perform the job they shouldnt be charging for it or taking more business. It is about the sanitary conditions where people live. Even the responses to other comments are just a template... talk to the hand basically

Our experience- Missed pickups, drivers simply do not care to actually do their jobs, guarantees to pick up after missed pickups also missed 4 straight days now, supposed supervisor calls to discuss situation never actually calls..... just horrible costumer service!!!

I had an issue with the collection of a dumpster at the propertyI manage, I understand this are difficult times but sanitation is a priority.After many calls and no resolve, I was able to be help by VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE, HER NAME IS MS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  Our business has had our lease for just (2 months) and gets trash pickup once a week. TWICE this company has skipped pickup and THREE times has left a mess all over the parking lot.  Hate to leave negative reviews but this company earns it and hopefully this review will stop someone from using them and go with another trash pickup service to save them the hassle of dealing with this.  As a small business there is enough to deal with and your trash service should not be one of them. If you want more problems in your life then use Waste Connections.

I have to say that I had a wonderful experience with their representative, Vanessa Sanchez. We had a situation in our lot that someone, without authorization, used out Garbage tanks. We found a resolution, QUICKLY and EFFICIENTLY. The professionalism that she has shown us deserved an immediate 5 star review. Thank you again for your assistance and guidance. NO service for over a month, yet they continue to charge our account.Called them daily and every time the excuse was mañana, mañana tomorrow tomorrow. Weve used them for over 8 years, the excuse is lack of drivers etc. We dont have a large dumpster which it can hold two or three weeks but for these people not showing up over a month and lying about pick up is just not good service and bad business. The customer service line doesnt pick up the phone. Good Company turned BAD

FOR THE PAST 6 WEEKS NO ONE HAS PICKED UP MY TRASH. I HAVE BEEN CALLING EVERYDAY FOR THE PAST 5 DAYS AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME SOMEONE IS COMING AND NO ONE HAS COME . I CANNOT AFFORD TO HAVE A RODENT INFESTATION AT MY BUSINESS . I AM STILL EBING BILLED AND NO ONE HAS PICKED UP MY TRASH IN 6 WEEKS THIS IS HORRIBLE .

Beware this company! After 7 years of working with them, if you try to stop using their services they will threaten to bring you to court. They havent picked up my companys trash on time in 2 MONTHS. Especially dont appreciate Luis De Leon denying us to cease our services and now informs us we will be sued to scare us from leaving.

Do not use this company for your business. We are in a warehouse area where sometimes during the day the trucks downloaded merchandise. Unfortunately at the time when this company comes to pick up the trash a truck was downloading something and the driver just decide to leave, even when i asked to please wait a few minutes. Then the next pick up they just do not show up and now i have 3 weeks with my people full of trash and the business with no space to place the trash.the customer service was unhelpful at all and now i am looking for a new company to provide the service.good luck.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Total waste of time and money, they don’t come when they are suppose to, also expect to never pick the phone or give you a call back with the issue solved. Give them a favor and hire another company!

Very good service! I had an issue with some road work blocking access to my site. I called and spoke with customer service, I was helped by Sergio, he was very willing to help and when the construction was over he helped me reschedule my pick up. With all the Covid19 office closures it is hard nowadays to get good service from anyone, BUT NOT US!!! Vanessa Sanchez is our rep and she gets the job done. We have a problem, shes on it. No wonders with the poor rating. This is not what we pay taxes for. Not the first time they just think the can do whatever they want. First, because the bin lid was a little bit open, they decided they had the right to leave my bin behind. Called in, raised my voice and Gad to come back to pick it up. Oh, they did not like that. Today, they come in the lady on the video opens the door and checks on my garbage and of course left it behind. I mean who does not put something else other than cardboard, bottles, plastic? I asked her who’s out five properties she only checked on my bin and she said we know who they are. Meaning that she knew who to check for. Like they are not making enough money that comes out of my pocket.

Despite the fact that we have automated payment as a hotel in South Beach, the driver is taking liberty of becoming the accountant and stating we do not have Sunday service, thus refusing our pick up on Sunday when we in fact are paying for it. Several calls and messages to the manager went un-responded. We are still waiting for resolution.
