I had the most wonderful time in Miami! The whole SkyRun team, especially Leidy, was nothing short of super helpful. I was in a bind and they were able to get in into the most beautiful spot that was located just a few steps away from the sand. From start to finish, I had step by step instructions on how to get into the penthouse suit, I was given recommendations for local restaurants and shops and Leidy even went as far as to look up my flight and give me a heads up on when would be a good time to leave as to avoid traffic.The penthouse was great as well! The view from the top of the penthouse deck was a cool view of the Main Street and city life, which was fun to watch from above. Also, you can see the beach from the opposite side of the roof top! It was amazing! It had a bar set up with glasses and an espresso machine. The bathroom was also giant with separate sinks for you and your significant other.I was throughly impressed with the overall space and attention that I was given before and throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend the SkyRun Miami location and working with rest of the team, they were fabulous! I will definitely be back soon!!

My reservation was cancelled 24 hours before I was suppose to arrive due to “a/c issues”. Once I logged back into the booking site I saw the same listing at a higher rate, so they cancelled my reservation only to rebook it at a higher rate
