I was never worried about details or the planning because every single day they were on top of it. I arrived at the house Castello in Punta Mita and was greeted by an amazing staff, Augustin was perfection. The beach club and the access to golf and all of the great resort amenities made my family feel like we were Kings and Queens.I got married on the 1st of July and it was the best day of my life. It was sunset and they had fireworks and a live band. We ate the best Mexican Traditional foods, really amazing. I want people to know how great they are because they deserve it. They work so hard and they did so much for me. I am always going to be grateful for all they did. Thanks Maria youre a sweetheart and strong and wonderful. Stay that way.

Best time of my life, Vic took very good care of me and handle all the paperwork. I rented a 458 spider Ferrari for 3 days but had it for four. When I returned the Ferrari they gave me a escort back to the Wynn with 3 exotic cars. I was riding in a Lamborghini spider follow by two Ferraris. It was fantastic.

The property I rented was Casa Olon in Ecuador, and I can honestly say it was perfect and exceeded every expectation. I didnt have to lift a finger just talk to the manager and the house staff and the wedding day was beyond perfect.We stayed in the Chateau Colibri and it was so so special. Our big concerns were transportation and security and all the things anyone would care about. Also we wanted KOSHER which they did and super happy with the way it turned out, the food was exceptional.The house sits overlooking the hills in Ibiza and the staff we hired and team were so amazing that they caught the sunset as we were kissing and dancing our first dance. The moments Ill remember are all of us jumping into the pool afterwards, the cakes we had each one individual for us (we picked our own flavors) and the wine Jankara if you have not tasted it youre absolutely missing out!! And Pamela on their team OWNS the vineyard with her son. How do you describe perfection? You cant and so I give them a 10000% 5 stars its too little more like all the stars in the sky. Secret Trip SUCCESS!! PAM thank you so much it was Brilliant. My wife received three little pre-planning gifts with little hints you sent her. Every one made her more and more crazy. I loved the wine glasses! She couldnt understand the little boats but it was splendid all of it.We arrived and had her blindfolded and ended up on top of the Eiffel with the private dinner. We were just floored with the privacy and then the magical private violins. Stunning Pamela and the violinist was perfection. From there to the Private Villa with rose pedals on the bed, the big box of chocolates and the itinerary for the next day wrapped in a gift. The private shopping day at Champs, the private castle stay for the 2 nights with Balloon ride with private dinner inside the Balloon WOW.From there we left for our Barge trip and then home. I applaud your incredibly amazing way of dealing with all of our crazy ideas and putting the trip of a lifetime together. I just saw on TV this company who does these secret trips and youve been doing that a long time now! You should be the one on TV with all of your skills.!! I travel a lot for work and for leisure and I am lucky that way. I have 3 beautiful kids and a beautiful wife, an amazing home and a job that makes me able to afford my life and happiness. This is why Im giving honor where it is deserved.There are some companies that go unnoticed. People run to the new fad of the day air or Home or whatever that may be for you, and they book something without ever thinking. Its become almost instant that we engage in these seemingly strange things in order to plan our family vacations. We dont seem to care anymore who is or isnt good at their jobs or even if the company is worthy to do business with. Its a shame what we do because it costs people money and jobs yet we do it without thinking.I have had the pleasure of working with Maria and her company for going on 10 years now. I have sent her my money she has gone above and beyond to make sure my money is spent well and that I get every ounce of fun out of my dollar spent. When she can she will ask for discounts and perks which I appreciate all the more. Things always seem to work out and they are the best vacations Ive ever taken without having even to think about it. She listens to my crazy ideas and even on her own vacation when she is supposed to be spending time with her own family she makes sure I am where I am supposed to be. She will be up with me and get up early to be sure I make it to my destination. Years of birthdays and holidays and kids growing up, shes been there. And then the hurricane hits last year. And she was hit with financial and personal grief yet she worked. She worked through it, worked with me, worked on getting our vacation solved. Some of her clients blamed her for the hurricane and were ignorant to her own burdens. They wanted to blame her as if somehow the hurricane was her fault. I cant imagine what that feels like because in my business you buy and sell and you dont have to apologize for the dips or the changes because you know the risks.Maria dont feel discouraged because I will book with you no matter what comes my way. And everyone should book with you. Why wouldnt they? People are blinded by the new technology and forget that you are the almost 20 year old company. You are the one who started this crazy world of vacation rentals and you know your business inside and out. Why wouldnt people want to save money and time? These are the rudest people I have ever seen in the Villa rental industry and I speak as an.expert renting villas for a long time. Their sites are multliple brands with a call center most of the time. When you actually reach someone like Nicole or Alex, they know NOTHING about the properties they list. Imean nothing- theyre just reading two sentences ahead of you. I called one owner of a property and they said they had no permission to use their photos much less represent their property!!!All they are doing is grabbing photos off the internet and pasting them onto their multiple websites hoping some sucker comes along and rents a Villa. Totally bogus operation...they hang up on you when you try and ask who their owner is.Run away, dont walk.

“We have spent some beautiful days at your house, it is a very nice house, I only recommend the kitchen utensils and the glasses, cups and cutlery, there are not enough for 16 people, so the furniture in the room, specifically the armchair, is very worn. . Outside of that it is an impeccable house. Thanks a lot.
