I had an awful experience with this company, which I booked through AirBnB and won’t ever be using either of their services again. I booked a room hosted at Arya hotel in Coconut Grove . When we arrived on site the front desk staff told us we needed to contact a 3rd party to provide credit card information for a damage deposit before we would be allowed to check in. None of that was mentioned on the listing. It seemed shady and inappropriate to be giving credit card details in a crowded hotel lobby to a 3rd party but I said I would take it up with AirBnB. When we got to the room I noticed furniture was damaged and their were holes in the walls. Since I just paid a damage deposit I decided to document the damage so I wouldn’t be charged later. As I’m taking pictures I notice food on the floor, wet carpet. What appears to be feces on the wall in the bathroom, and even a sticker from someone’s new shirt stuck into the door frame in the bathroom. All of this tells me the room was never cleaned after the last guest left. We check the sheets and make-up stains are on them. I contact the host through the Airbnb app and contact AirBnB support to report it immediately. After an hour the host sends someone to vacuum. We show her all the other issues but she doesn’t speak English and just nodded when we pointed to things. She takes a video of her vacuumed work and walks out. I let the host and AirBnB know that nothing else was done to address the other issues in the room. I run the shower as I have been up for 36 hours and traveling all day. The water never warms up after 10 minutes and the shower doesn’t drain. I contacted the host and AirBnB again. The host still never contacts me back on the app but sends a man up to unclog the toilet. I let him know he was there for the shower. He works on the toilet anyway. Still no one comes to clean or change the sheets. I told AirBnB I didn’t feel comfortable staying in an unsanitary environment. The room wasn’t clean by normal standards and definitely not clean in the time of Covid. After waiting 3 hours for the host to respond, AirBnB agreed that if I didn’t feel comfortable or safe I should look for another place for the night, which we did and we left our keys at the desk when we left. The host then began sending me nasty messages saying if I had such high expectations I should have stayed at the Ritz. The host then cancelled my reservation through the hotel so I was not able to return. But since the host didn’t cancel the reservation through AirBnB they are stating I’m not entitled to a refund. SoFla vacations knew if they didn’t cancel through AirBnB they could deny my refund. They are devious and engage in dishonest behavior. Save your money and time and find a more reputable company to do business with. Wasting time on your vacation dealing with this company is not worth it!
This was one of the best AirBB experiences we have ever had. Andy and his crew are very professional, responsive and attentive. The apartment is exactly as advertised. The views are amazing with a wrap around balcony. Very highly recommended!!
PARADISE IN THE KEYS..... We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful townhome for 4 weeks. Let me begin by saying that Rebecca was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful.The home was spotless, welcoming and well stocked. There is a lovely beach area, a pool and clubhouse to lounge around and enjoy the warm, sunny weather. You can enjoy the small beach with docks for your boat. Close to everything. Malls Restaurants etc.We could not have asked for a better location to enjoy some well spent R&R. Overall a wonderful place; we will definitely be staying here again!
This was the most unpleasant experience I ever had with a management company. Nothing worked in the apartment, the wifi never connected, the shower was broken for 2 days before someone came to fix it. There wasnt any care package with instructions on where to park my rental or where to toss the trash out. The owner/manager said that the opened at 10 so called to extent for 1 more day just because my flight was canceled and the owner didnt respond until 3 oclock that afternoon!! Keep in mind called 3 times and the housekeeper called 2 times. And as opposed to saying no we cant extent they wanted to throw out things out. The most unprofessional company I ever encountered ever!!!! Never again!!
I had a great stay at Hotel Aria. My room was impeccable, the service was great and the hosts were very responsive to my needs. I’ll be staying here again very soon!

I booked to Snaptravel for the Arya Hotel, First off the pictures that are displayed about the placewas false advertisement (looked nothing like the photos and no balcony)....about 7:30 before check in I received a phone call from someone requesting me ONCE THEY VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION THEY FRAUDULENTLY WITHDRAW MONEY FRO. YOUR ACCOUNT
Words can not explain to you how disgusting, unprofessional, and deceiving the properties managed by this group are. I checked out 3 locations and finally settled into one. The places are filled with roaches, the units are extremely out dated and filthy, and the management is rude and unprofessional. I have never seen so many cockroaches in my entire life, I contacted them about it multiple times and it was blamed on everything other than their actual property.
