It is so embarrassing having a company like this exist...For starters you never reply to anything, no emails, phone calls.. ANYTHING!Took me 4 months to get in touch with them and we already had booked a place, then I was able to finally get a week at Vue32 in Philadelphia. I had trouble getting into the building, the apartment was extremely gross (I had to re-wash everything). There was no wifi for an entire week, when we called they kept saying they were going to fix it (they never did). I had 7 days booked and only stayed for 4. There was a refund coming my way and they said with COVID they were a bit slow. I understood and waited... Its been 3 months, they avoid my phone calls and I have not received anything.

I booked through Agoda, and the hotel cancelled me as I was flying out only 5 hours before check in. I had booked a month in advance and communicated with the hotel numerous times. This has caused me to have to find somewhere that now costs substantially more, because it is the day of booking. The apartments did not answer their phone while this was going on, and while it was going on they told Agoda that they were overbooked. I had confirmed my reservation with them, and the price difference between this, and a comparable place where we had to book was over $2,200. Please do not risk your vacation on a place that is unreliable and unreachable when you need it most.

Good for a cheap place but if you can afford something better do it. This is not luxury

After reading the great reviews about Nuovo Properties, I was excited to confirm my booking for my first trip to Miami on 5/25/2018. But what I am about to share CAN NOT be made up! Firstly, the physical address to the property was not included in the initial email with their multiple paragraphs of “house rules” which led me to depend on google. Google sends me to the corporate office, instead of the actual location I’ll be sleeping at. But small matters, i decided to stay optimistic. But after finding the property and checking in, I was immediately disappointed, down, unhappy, and fed up by the company and their presentation for a few reasons. I was saddened by the lack of upkeep as the power was off in the bedroom. The two towels provided were folded nicely but filthy, and wreaked of filth and sweat. The white walls were filthy. The bathroom tiles were disgusting. There was dust everywhere, and the three beautiful lamps were without lightbulbs. I was also offended by the inability to take accountability after calling, texting, and emailing Nuovo Properties countless consecutive times with my concerns- to no avail! Lastly, the audacity of the company to not only ignore me and disregard my messages ALL weekend, but to keep nearly a thousand dollars of my money for three nights of this horrifying experience that caused me to buy new towels at the target on the corner of the property because the washing machine was broke, and cleaning supplies is simply appalling. I would have been open to changing rooms, or even getting my money back in order to rent an actual hotel with working lights that would enable me to see after 8pm on my vacation- but Nuovo took my options away from me because they were unsung my entire experience. Potential customers, please learn from my poor experience and AVOID THIS PLACE! Regretfully, Christopher.God bless!

I stay in a one bedroom apartment that was very good for my trip purpose.(business) A very clean place with excellent location. I recommend this place and for sure it is going to be my first option every time I come to work in Miami.

Nuovo Properties / Miami Vacation & Corporate Rentals. I stay at the apartments not hotel might I add in doral. They made it seen as if it was an hotel. I came here only becuz I was supposed to be charge 98 dollars which my card was charged about 240. Over 130 dollars in taxes. Secondly, there is no cable its only basic cable and I mean basic cable. 15 channels type of basic no tnt or USA. There was no wash clothes only towel. It didnt look bad but if you wanted to party you wouldnt becuz its an apartment building with live in tenants. There was no gatbage/ trash can. MOST OF ALL YOU HAF YO VLEAN BEHIND YOURSELF AS IF YOU WAS HOME. YOU HAVR TO MAKE YOUR BEDS AND CLEAN THE SHOWER AND SUCH SO THIS WAS AN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I RATHERED I STAY IN A DAMN HOTEL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE PERIOD. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND I MEAN NEVER.

Worst experience with the customer service ever. They are not ready to listen to anything. All they want is just money. They do not care anything about their customer. Such selfish people. Do not book through Nuovo ever...

Generally nice..Good location but what i think is wrong that the master bedroom has 2 double beds and the 2nd bedroom has one double bed.. so my kids stayed in the master bedroom... it ok for me but i think the design was made for a specified family number and use.But i stayed one week it is nice clean gym well equipped Im a good swimmer but i was happy whith the 5 inch depth pool i could teach my kids how to swimm.. 😊

The worst hotel weve ever stayed at. Would not give us extra towels, we were told you have to call the number we booked from, you call them and get a recording. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Point number one,when we first arrived the apartment smell awful i even got sick from the stink being there only for 2 hours,luckily they changed us to another one, point number 2, when we were leaving the property they didnt have storage for luggage which is ridiculous especially when you need to check out at 11 am is common sense to have storage for people who leaves at later times..not a good place for booking
