What a disappointment. After being a customer with Sea Tow for 9 years, I sell my boat and want to cancel my membership, which had 8 months left on it still for 2013/2014 and what do they tell me. Sorry, no refunds within 30 days of renewal, and thats company policy, cannot do anything about it, Im just a Captain !Called Sea Tow International as well, the so called HQ, and they told me the same thing, although they claimed that the local franchise could refund me, if they wanted, well apparently 9 years of membership, where I have used them once for a simple boost to my battery, I just get the boot.Terrible service, buyer be aware, apparently you can only sell your boat the same month you renew your Sea Tow membership. WHAT A SCAM !!

BUSINESS AND MORE BUSINESS !!!! we ran out of gas and asked to be towed to a gas station ... we were 4.7 miles from one and 6-7 miles from another .... he refused saying they were closed (FALSE they closed 6 pm and it was 5: 00 pm) OBVIOUS I NEEDED TO SELL 20 gallons for 200 US !!!! After selling them, we did not see another option and we were with 2 small children there if a friend told you in Haulover who attended 24 hours ... VERY GOOD THE SERVICE THAT THEY SELL AND THE MEMBERSHIP THEY OFFER BUT AT TIME OF TRUTH ITS YOUR BUSINESS !!!
