SCAM ALERT. They tow cars right after you pay your ticket. Call the police and they can not do anything because is a civil case.

The most unprofessional towing company in the business. Wouldnt explain why I was towed, when I asked them to get my car, they complained and said to wait my turn. 3 guys went out to open a gate instead of helping the next customer. Absolutely ridiculous. When I asked them for my car they pretended there was water damage and closed and said to get my car tomorrow. Would get 0 stars if I could.

Phone call was very unprofessional. The guys was very rude and said they had no records of why. When we arrived people weren’t even there, it is a 24/7 company. They still did not give a good reason as to why the car was towed, other cars were still there in the morning. The guys were all the same and all super rude worst service I’ve had in my life.

I got towed for no reason and when I got here and asked who decided to tow cars, they told me they could not disclose that information with me. Since the tow was illegal, this was sort of important given that I had payed my parking and they were not supposed to tow my car. Who knows who I can talk to about this at the moment. Payed 127 usd for no reason at all to get my car back...

These guys are crooks. I paid for my parking ticket in Wynwood for one hour. 17 mins later they came and towed me. Daylight robbery. I don’t understand how these people are allowed to conduct business. So not park near oasis in Wynwood or you will be towed to Medley, miles away from where you parked. Super dishonest people and liars at that.

This company is full of criminals with no education nor common sense at all. They towed my car from my parking space in my house because one tire was touching the grass, which I believe is my property since I pay for it. They just do whatever they want to charge you money. My neighbors called me and I went out in seconds and he charged me $100 to leave my car 2 meters from my house where it was parked. It is so sad to be harassed by companies like this. Unbelievable that we find ourselves under this criminal organization of towing to get money out of your pockets! They have towed every single car of my neighbors for any reason that the may find logic under their almost inoperative brain.

At 10pm had a flat tire, unable to move my vehicle moved It into a tire shop closed at the time located on west 29 st left a note that I was unable to move the car and to call me first thing in the morning to fix the tire. Towing company still towed my car I guess common sense is not so common. When I said to them if i left the car with a flat tire in a tire shop door does that mean something? Is incredible how people just want to make money in dishonest ways with lame excuses both shopping owners and towing company very disappointing

I got my semi truck towed couple of days ago ... the guy jackknifes his truck into mine and damaged my frame, rim and tire as well !!!! I called my lawyer and i’ll see them in court. I donot recommend this place to anyone !

They took my wifes car from Pio Pio when she was at Zayas Formal Wear. Pio isnt open yet and Zayas said I could park there. They even have an agreement with each other. Then dispatch has the nerve to tell me Zayas called it in. There was no charge course. Hoped they hooked up our AWD correctly aka flatbed but I doubt it.

The worst company! They took my car from my home (the middle of the rear tire on the grass), when I went for my car, the front grill is completely broken, of course, for them... but, you never can do anything against them. Unbelievable!!!
