Mike was a super cool guy man. He was on time, quick with his services, gave me a ride back and even helped me push my car into the parking spot at my apartment complex. Definitely would recommend his services to everyone that needs towing from now on.

He says he was on his way then when he got there he moved the car to the side and then he left to help another car, he never came back and when calling, it goes directly to voicemail. Dont call this company

If I could rate this company with 10 stars I absolutely would! Our jeep got stuck in mud out near the Everglades around 12am and every tow company we called said they would not help us. Maikel answered our call and immediately asked for a photo and location so he could prepare for the job and get to us. He was polite and efficient and upfront and fair about the price. He said he would take at least 30 minutes to get there, but arrived in 20! He immediately got to work and took every precaution not to damage the vehicle while still recovering it from the mud. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs towing assistance, even an atypical call like being stuck in the mud in the glades. Thank you, Maikel!

I was stuck on the 826 next to 72 ave and 12 street on the expressway, Maikel charged me 80 dollars to get of on the flagler street exit and bring the car to malls of the Americas, yet to take me all the way from the expressway to 36 street and 7 ave north west he said he wouldve done it for 90$, yeah he charged me an extra 30$ to pick me up because the least the ride the least it cost would of been 50$, he claimed if we wouldve gone to NW 36 st and 7 Ave that was the deal.. SO just because instead i chose to ride for 10 mins right of the express way he charged me 80$. Not to mention he left a dent in my bumper from backing up so fast. Im a woman and I feel sad that men like himself would try a woman but this is the world we live in. The least he could of done was picked me up for free he told me he was charging me as well to pick me up. Some people all they see is money.I wouldnt recommend the driver or the prices they give you, Any company can be fast but to be fair is another thing.Funny thing is his name is Maikel Gonzalez but you dare give yourself a review lol wow.
