Purchased a led leak detecting uv light from them. Got in a reasonable time but when i got the product the light was super dim. Like couldnt even see it with the supplied glasses dim. Changed batteries, same thing. Kinda bad for a $40 light. I looked into returning the product and i contacted them 3 times and recieved no emails back at all. Awful customer service and now im outside the 30 day window for returns. Awful experience and ill never shop here again.

Very Disappointed!I purchase multiple tools from them because they have a brand and model listed we like to use. The purchase was made on July 8 over two weeks ago. Come to find out they are out of stock on this item. Which is kind of lazy in opinion to not have your website updated but that is subjective. What Im upset about is I called on July 9th to make sure they got my order and to see if I could pay extra for rushed shipping since I didnt see that option online. The gentleman said that the order was going to be shipped out that day (Friday July 9th) and I would see them mid of the following week. They didnt arrive the following week so I called back on July 19th and they told me my item had already shipped. Ive been waiting this week for our items and I got a call today from Tony letting me know that they do not have my ordered items and if I would accept and similar item and that it would been sent out right away. Because I dont like to ruffle feathers and was annoyed my the misinformation I had been given over the last two weeks I reluctantly agreed. I got a call back and Tony said he needed all my payment information again since it had been to long since I had placed my order. Shopping online is supposed to be convenient and this experience has been anything but convenient. I told them to cancel my order because every minute I have spent placing my order and following up on it has now been a waste and I will still need to wait for my order again after placing it two weeks ago. I was no longer interested in purchasing items from such a dysfunctional business. Take my review for what its worth. 1 disappointed customer vs Im sure several happy. The review is valid from a customer that is very unhappy to have our time wasted by waiting weeks for tools needed of our business and will now need to start the process over. Hope Im a lone anomaly.

Ive been dealing with USA Tools for years now. The service is nothing short of amazing. They are very honest people and they fix your car in a timely manner. Its always a pleasure to do business with people who know what their doing and get the job done .

This place is the best they always get the parts that I need. Everyone has a great attitude and are extremely helpful the owner is really knowledgeable and always seems to know every part that you need . Owner is the coolest guy there always makes me laugh. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I do not recommend this place to buy anything. I bought a saw June 07 And I still waiting for my order or any kind of communication about. I came in for brake parts and the prices were good and they had them on hand. The service was very fast and friendly.

Never I going to leave a tool in that place to fit something, I left a festool miter saw to fit the motor and the miter fell down and the blade guard broke and they wanted that I take the machine in that way, after a argue with the mechanic the high representative of the store told me that they going to repair again and return me fixed ( and I waiting)

This is ABSOLUTELY the WORST company to buy ANYTHING from!!! My mom, brother, and I decided to get my dad a tool cart for Fathers Day. My dad is very picky about the products and tools he uses, he prefers them to be made in the USA. Therefore before ordering the cart, we called to verify it was made in the USA, the representative said it was, so we placed our order online. We received the cart today only to find out it was made in China.... They have been completely rude and disrespectful with us on the phone and they refuse to refund our money. Besides ruining Fathers Day for my family, they tricked us! They are refusing to take blame for their mistake and for their untrained representatives. They lied to us to make a sale and now on top of it all want us to pay the consequences. This is a dishonest company, who has no respect for people or hard work. They will cheat people out of their hard earned money. We are now speaking with a lawyer to sue this company. Google is forcing me to rate this company on a 5 star basis, this company and its employees dont even deserve half of a star.

They are not serious when it comes to saying time for delivery of the equipment to be repaired.I have been more than 3 months old and nobody has contacted me and the manager is never there and when one calls him he does not answer I would not recommend it I think they are the worst of Miami and of the other 49 states

I advise you never to repair anything in that place. Take a drill pay for the review they called me to tell me the cost of the repair and that never happened. When I called they did not give me any explanation and to top it all the repair cost was almost equivalent to the cost of the drill. I picked it up and what was my surprise they gave it to me unarmed because they say that it is company policy but it is repaired with them they do not put it together. It does not seem ridiculous and a total lack of respect
