Tried calling the rental dept twice with questions but nobody would pick up the phone. Waste.of 20 minutes of my life. Augh!

Everyone is fluent in Spanish and English. Great place to rent equipment or trucks. As with other Home Depots there are usually day labor workers outside waiting for work from someone. Off a busy street so there can be lots of traffic during peak. Lots of free parking.

The worst tool rental in town. They give you malfunctioning equipment, and want to know why it is dirty, because the hose on the concrete saw broke, Service is not friendly, they could have relized in the computer that this was the first time we rented from their store and give a friendly reminder to clean the tools before returning them. Nope they gave a nasty additude to Read the Contract you signed!!!The spark plug kept poping off from the concrete saw and I had to keep my finger on it and the hose to finish the job, very professional, so they all stood around the saw, with it running and said I dont see it popping off, Oh so I am a liar, well they are CROOKS, if i am a liar.Never again!!!

Yesterday i was at the store to rent a truck, the first crew was great but when i came back,there was a guy whos name was FERNANDO, he was very rude and totally unprofessional, later i called the manager and he never told me his name or gave me any reasonable apologize. i will continue going to this store as before but i hope someone take responsibility for this.the truck was rental under my name, Marcos Rodriguez

I called 4 times around 8 00 pm to ask for a tool I needed to rent and they hung up of me the four times. And waste almost ten minutes in every call. No body cares in these huge business . No even these review is important to anyone. Another wasted time writing this.

Worst Home Depot ever poor customer service and the tool rental apartment is straight garbage avoid this storm going to cost
