They are an amazing team. They made me feel very welcomed and helped me understand the complete process. I feel confident in my decision to work with them to fix my smile. One of their workers Gigi was working with me and she is truly 10/10 amazing. She was sweet, funny, allowed me to ask every question that came to my mind. Reassured me of their ways to stay safe during this pandemic. And took her time. Again, I love this program and I’m happy to work with them!

The manager greeted me at the door, signed me in, offered me water, and right after Gigi was ready to take care of me. There was no wait time and the staff was very nice. I sat down and Gigi asked me about myself as well as dental history. She then explained the process and answered all my questions. She proceeded to scan my teeth and explain to me how everything works. The whole experience was informative and quick. Would recommend this to anyone that is debating if they should do the in-person visit. I was given a free teeth whitening kit as well.

Invisalign is a million times better!What worries me is the fact that there is NO ACTUAL ORTHODONTIST DOCTOR doing the exam before you get your aligners the scan is the same though which shouldn’t be a problem as long as there is proper oversight the md orthodontist.They didn’t take an X-Ray either!

I was pretty happy at the begging of my treatment but after I finished my course, they didn’t tell me the truth that I supposed to wear fixed retainers for the rest of my life, they mentioned that I have to order aligners afterwards every 6 months (which is not free, 100$) for the rest of my life 😁When I came to their office, they didn’t want to listen to my concerns and just gave me a brochure with the number that I supposed to call (like seriously??? Not even a dentist check up!!!!!😡In fact, wearing invisilign all the time during the course and at night after completing the course is not enough!!! They should have tell you this! And best scenario, they have to provide this for free as other companies do FOR THE SAME PRICE!Do not believe that they are -70% off lolSo I lost my 2K and unhappy with my results 😢🥺😩🤧DO NOT GO THERE if you care about your $ and results! They are cheating and do not provide any guarantee and DO not complete the treatment.

My in person 3D Scan went well. Staff was friendly, professional, and informative. The atmosphere was comforting and fun. Gigi did a awesome job. Hopefully, my scans are approved and I can moved forward in the process!

Upon wondering in the Smile Shop at Miami I was greeted and updated on my appointment. Found everything was clean and spotless. The staff was very professional, most notably Gigi., my personal assistant. She had the brightest smile in the room which made my overall time and experience dealing with my pearly whites super! It was quick, easy and painless. As a previous orthodontic patient, the clay for impressions is gross and messy. The camera impressions didn’t need the clay. It was a great experience!

I was a bit skeptical about this type of treatment to align the teeth, but in addition to seeing the commercials, the photos, the reviews, I asked well-known people, they did not tell me about Smile Direct Club because they used another company a long time ago although they told me that it worked for them. I went to the Smile Direct appointment and the truth is that I felt very comfortable expressing what I needed and asking questions, which were answered directly without detours, the impression I had was more than satisfactory, Angie explained everything in detail, listened carefully to what I wanted as a result and what is equally important, the price, that is cheaper than conventional treatments (I found out in person) and no matter how long it takes, if you need more time to achieve the desired result, the price does not change.

I had a very excellent experience for my appointment yesterday at smile direct club on Biscayne Blvd... from the moment I walked in the door I was very pleased as a nurse to see the temperatures were to be checked social distancing was being conducted and hand sanitizer was available... not only was everyone very polite and professional but when I went in for my scanning to be completed the associate probably changed her gloves nine times without me even having to say anything... as she was showing me different items and using the iPad before she even thought about going into my mouth she changed her gloves and after each time she went into my mouth she changed your gloves...I felt very comfortable and confident that I picked the right place for my smile journey... it wasn’t just my associate that was very professional the manager came to double check the work that she did and even the gentleman at the door was very courteous and polite...I highly recommend not only this location but this company if you’re thinking of having aligners done.👍🏼😁

Today July 15/2020 I went the lady was professional she explained everything well and took pictures of teeth I decided I needed the girls was more professional and make me decided by my self that I want to do it.
