I bought my house in April of 2018, the work was done on the AUGUST 3, 2017, my pool is falling apart, they did a terrible job, did none of the contract work. MAILBU POOLS WERE SUPPOSED TO REMOVE OLD COPING, LEVEL OFF AREA, INSTALL MARBLE COPING INSTEAD THEY NEVER REMOVED OLD BRICK COPING THAT WAS HOLLOW, AND PUT CHEAP CONCRETE COPING OVER THE BRICK, THE OLD COPING WAS SLIDING DUE TO THE WEIGHT OF THE CHEAP CONCRETE COPING CAUSING THE POOL TO CRACK, AND SHIFT, IT WAS THE WORST JOB A COMPANY CAN DO, I HAVE PLENTY OF PICTURES, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, THEY CHARGED 17K AND DID THE WORST JOB COVERING UP SLL THEIR MISTAKES. NEXT CALL TO THE BETTER BUSINEES BUREAU, IF YOU WANT PHOTOS CONTACT ME. THIS WAS THE WORST CON ARTIST WORK I HAVE EVER SEEN. I AM SHOCKED AT HOW THEY DID THIS WORK,I HAD DO THIS POOL ALL OVER, NRE COPING, LEVEL IT OFF, NEW TITLE AND DAIMOND BRITE, THIS IS MAY 6, 2021, THEY DID THIS WORK AUGUST 2017. IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY BEWARE MAKE SURE THEY DO THE WORK AS PROMISED. THIS MY FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW I EVER GAVE, THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

Be careful what they sale. Personal experience. Swimming pool filter. Cartridge impossible to find, on top of that they dont have it in stock, last time they ordered for me it took a lot to get to the store, they blamed the delivery. (Not very reliable place if you buy old technology without notice from saller). No very reliable place. This time Im still finding where and how to get my new cartridge sher-160 or replacement. Be careful if you are a customer. Negative personal experience.

Amazing service! Called to get an estimate for a renovation on my pool and they came the very next day! very professional staff. Once the pool construction started it was completed way faster than anticipated. everything came out absolutely beautiful! Couldnt have worked with a better company. 10/10 recommend!!

Malibu pools did a great job remodeling my backyard. Even though it was a very big job, they were able to finish it up in great timing. And most importantly, customer service was fantastic. I would highly recommend.
