Even though this place was referred to me for assistance the environment is still the same as Miami Gardens agency. The staff was not professional and the system they have for weeding out people who needs assistance is by far the most humiliating. People are better off finding out how to aid themselves rather than depending on government agencies. Its time for a better way of living.

The phone number listed does not even work. The offices are not letting people in but this is where your referred to for assistance with your light bill. Miami Dade county has the worst systems and the most DISRESPECTFUL employees in place and there suppose to be there for assistance to the community. How? The information listed on these websites are false and decietful. One says community action agency but its the corrections office. Another does not answer or return your call when you leave a message and another with no working number. This is ridiculous! There so many people without jobs and in need of assistance and there is no were to turn to.
