This location does help you if you need assistance but at the same time I depends on who you fall under to help. They help who they wanna help, every week the rules are changes, and they are very very rude! Every time I came here I was turned down! Never again :/

Ive gotten quite a bit of help from them over the years through the LIHEAP program. Encouraging others to take advantage of this program is my way of giving back

Closed to public for appointments right now, but there is someone at the door to answer your questions and a drop box for documents. I put my application in the drop box, and it was processed two days later, so it works :-)

Horrible experience.. Would give it NO stars if I could.. The case worker was so cold and not sympathetic at all to my needs. People like that who have no empathy for others should not work at places that are set up to help people. Very condescending energy. It’s always black woman that try to tear down other black woman.. Disgraceful..

7 months ago I found out I had cancer and had to stop working I have stage III cancer and is spreading throughout my body Im on for full chemo for two days twice a month and could not pay my rent Mr Roundtree is the counselor on my case he is very rude and unsympathetic I came there gave him all my paperwork for the hands program three times my paperwork was submitted with information that was not included in the paperwork I am homeless with no place to live my kids are spread out with family members this is not fair no one not even his superviser will pick up the phone to make a complaint on the situation or to help fix the situation. Now Im understanding why so many people go homeless people get comfortable in their jobs and forget the reason they have the job that they have.

This place use to be the best place to get help. But Ive been there 4 times to get help with my light and theres always a different answer to get help because the government took all the money away. So im had to live 5 days without light and Im 7 months pregnant. Lucky my bother sold some of his things to pay my lights on for me because the mosquitos was killing me and had lost 8 pounds because of no hot food and had a asthmatic attack that put me in the hospital because Fpl cut the lights out. The reason why i couldnt pay my bill this month was my truck broke down and i had to get it fixed and i was put on bed rest because Im high risk with this pregnancy but i always pay my bills on time.
