I had a big expectations with this nails salon because my friends refered me but the service was horrible. I did my nails with Tom ( refill acrylics nails wit gel ) 2 hours later the nails started lifting and the gel was scratching.I called the salon they told me they don’t do appointments for these cases if the person had time They can help you, if not, they cant do it. In my opinion its not good customer service.Tom decided to fix my nail only with glue its not the proper way to fix my nail. Im going to post a photo so you can see the bad work he did and most importantly his attitude was really bad.I do not recommend this place at all.

I went in for a pedicure, the technician was very gentle and made me feel comfortable. She did a perfect job. My toenails never looked more beautiful.

I dont live anywhere near here, but I always come here to do my nails... so that says a lot. Most of the nail techs are very talented ( I only say most because I havent tried them all yet). Jay, Benji, tuna, tom, John, joy and Coco are always giving great suggestions and ideas when youre in the mood to do something different and fun, they all do great work. They do Beautiful nail art and the Staff is very friendly. I usually just do walkins and they are very fast in attending you. Overall Im happy with this place you should give it a try. Ive been going for over a year.

I get my nails done with Jay and he always does an amazing job. Nails last a long time & no chips or anything. Highly recommended!! And if youre not sure what you want exactly he has great suggestions.

They charge a lot for acrylics and most of the time they come out really bulky Ive waxed my eyebrows a total of 3 to 4 times the first time it came out suprising then the second time they completely messed it up and the third time I cried in my car because they completely messed up my eyebrows, I feel like they let anyone wax eyebrows

I love doing my nails here.My girl is Margy she hooks up the gel manicures and I have recently starting doing acrylic so Jonathan did my nails last time I went there and he did a phenomenal job.This salon is beautiful and very clean!!

I used to go here for acrylics as a teen. They were fine, and I really loved them. However, the nail techs were sometimes really rude and had attitude. Then, my last 2 experiences made me realize something. Acrylics are not supposed to fall off after 1 week! I thought this was normal... but it’s not. I did a walk in and they put me with a man named Jason. He was nice but did my nails horrible. Filed them WAY too thin and he rushed. And one of the nails fell off after 2 days. And my nails continued to fall off. Then this happened AGAIN at this salon when I went in to get new ones. I went on a search to find a new salon and I found out that the products they use here are cheap and not worth the price and that walk in nail salons are usually not good quality as compared with a proper independent nail tech who is actually passionate about their work.

I got my very first acrylic set of nails and it turned out beautifully, I’m definitely going back! The nail technician was really nice and the shop was really clean.

I followed my nail tech Jenny here, The place is friendly and they get you in and out fast, Very clean and helpful, Ask for Jenny because she is the best tech in town, She is a perfectionist. Sweet, knows her stuff, wont do anything that dissent need to be done, Thanks Jenny for always being the best and so kind. The 5 stars are for Jenny!

I think it’s weird to see so many bad reviews of the receptionist/front desk because they have always been so sweet and polite(actually one of my reasons for returning). Also, they do my nails and eyebrows well. Only thing I would like is more times available for appointments, but of course you know when someone is good at what they do you definitely have to book an appointment ahead of time so I do understand. Great customer service and skills at this place. Very hard to find a meticulous nail tech in north Miami/north Miami Beach and they do nails spectacular here ! Eyebrows too :)

Best place to get your nails done!!! I have been going here for years and will continue to go! If they were to move I would follow! I would recommend trying a couple people before settling because each tech has a different techniques but they all come out sooo good !!!

So I went back today and had an appointment with Jay for nail extension services and Kay for pedicure and I’m incredibly happy. Kat is always amazing and so friendly. She really takes her time with my feet and I appreciate her so much. Jay was AMAZING. He suggested I do an ombré design and I have no regrets. They look amazing. This will be my go to place from here on out. Thanks to the both of them, I’m feeling perfect!

This is one of the worst nail places in MIAMi!!! Ive literally been through almost all of them and only one is the one that works best .. his name is Tom but unfortunately Tom wants to make decisions that do not correspond to him forcing me to use dipping powder and not acrilyc I am the one who is paying and it is I who decides what I want! and the last time I wanted to make an appointment with him the girls at the reception they told me that he doesnt work there anymore and when I went the next day Tom was there It is a complete disrespect! Now thank God I found a better place to pamper my nails 🙏

Coco does an amazing job. I really love her!! She’s sweet and amazing at what she does. I’ve been to many nail salons and when I walk out I feel like they ripped me off. But sky nails isn’t like that. Ladies I recommend this place 100%. Shout out to my nail tech coco ❤️❤️

Ive gotten done here twice. Ive had two pedicures, both great. Kat is my go to for pedicures, shes amazing. However, Ive had two different people for nails. I got an acrylic set the first time and it was not good. It looked like it was lifting up on the edges and they were uneven. It also took 2 HOURS. That is a ridiculous amount of time for an acrylic set! I dont remember the ladys name. The second was a gel manicure and I got done with Tom. Hes a nice guy but it was honestly not a good gel manicure. He didnt clean the edges and the polish was stuck to my skin. My cuticle is covered in gel polish, it just looks messy. Ive seen Jay at work and they always look beautiful and Im gonna give this place another try with manicures to try it with him. I will be updating the review based on how well that experience goes.

We went to get our nails done 3 different people did my service. I loved my pedicure and eyebrows. My fullset was good but the guy kept talking to the other co worker behind him. Its not professional. Focus on your customers. Since you rely on our tips.

Ive been living around the area and never came in sky nails. I was here to do my eyebrows by Linda. Great job, polite, fast, in and out. My to go place for waxing of brows and mustache. Eyebrows $10 + tip.

I do my nails with Ingrid, one of their technicians and she is the most nicest and professional nail technician I’ve ever had. Not only is she professional at all times but she also makes you feel so confortable to the point you talk about yourself very openly. Everyone there makes you feel welcome each time; I’ve observed how everyone treats other and they are all very nice and attentative.

I had my nails done just before Christmas with Jay and It was the best Christmas present that I received. I recommend the services to be one of the best in Miami

These people are very unprofessional, I was a client for some time and they always change people that do not know what they are doing. They even close at 7:30pm but will not get a walk in client at 7:00. I will never go back there again.

They use brand new files and pumice for every single person to make sure no infections are spread. Very nice and clean. My nails held up for a long time, too! Overall, very happy.

Worst place ever I went in to get my nails done a full set with chrome an diamonds an the cute guy with the tattoos he didnt take good care of my nails an I payed 75 dollars for them to fall off in 2 days will never return. I dont normally come to the salon because I know that the prices are a bit higher than most in the area. I needed a fill and polish done quickly and I got to see tuna.He gave me a refill with pink acrylic and gel nail polish. He charged me $30 and I gave him a $5 tip I think he did a pretty great job.

First time here and when I walked in I was so surprised a how nice the place is. Very modern and sleek. The girl I got, Yuna, was very professional- I dont believe she spoke much English but she was very sweet nonetheless. Scrubbed my feet really well and also massaged me with a scrubbing gel and again with lotion! I believe they use disposable files and scrubbers on every client! 🙌🏼 There were some hip looking guys that I took to be the owners- nice. Cool vibe here. Oh! And a major plus for me- I saw the receptionist approach my daughter that was sitting in the sofa waiting for me- I text my daughter and asked what the lady told her, she said she offered her water- awwww this made me happy!

Hardly any color choices for dipping powder and my nails look awful. My nails are all different lengths, my skin is stuck to the polish and the edges are rough and corners sharp. Went back for a refund and they refused to give me my money back.

Nice salon but acrylics weren’t nice I went in for a simple ombré and that didnt happen they look extremely uneven and on top of that they took about 1hr 45min to be completed and they look the absolute worse. There are a few good nail techs in here (John,Lynda) however the costumer service is what has led me to leave this terrible review. The LITTLE GIRLS they have working at the front are extremely rude and unprofessional! During my appointment the girl leaned over the wall and screamed cash or credit at which initially I didn’t realize she was talking to me as I was still getting my services done. I guess she was ready to go which also isn’t my problem but from answering the phones to the customer service they offer here it’s all bad. Definitely. It what you want to be dealing with! For a better environment and exceptional customer service I would head over to Candy Coat Nail Boutique asap! Don’t frustrate yourself!

I had two bad experiences at this salon. The 1st time one of their nail tech filed into my natural nail causing it to not fully grow back. The 2nd time for my birthday samething happened, it was not filed well and even though I had a picture of how it was before I got them fixed somewhere else they did not give me a refund. Managers to do talk to you personally as a customer, they let theyre front desk girls handle the situation which should be a managers job to handle.

Customer service can be better and more polite and the quality of how they do nails should and could be better sometimes they don’t do a good job especially if you mess up a nail they act mad like umm you getting pay to do your job

I went in for a pedicure and powder nail polish manicure. The pedicure was fine, but the manicure was terrible. The person who did my nails has no idea how to work with powder nail polish. My nails are all unevenly painted and on some nails the nail polish is smudged and faded. I use to go there, but after this rip off never again.

I thought this was a great salon. Until I made an appointment. I confirmed 3 days out. They even texted me to confirm a half hour before my scheduled appt. I arrived 5 minutes early only to find my technician had started a manicure 15 minutes before my appt time. After waiting 20 minutes I left. Walkins were taken before me. I told them she must have taken a client 15 minutes before my appt. and the receptionist confirmed that. So they knew I would have to wait. Very disrespectful of my time. I will not go back. If I could give them zero stars I would.

While i was there I overheard another customer complaining that her nails had come off in two days while they were being dismissive to her telling her that would have to recharge her. I went there the day before my prom and mind you this is the first time Im ever getting my nails done. I got there I was greeted nicely and this lady did my pedicure that was absolutely perfect. Then I went to get my acrylic nails done. This guy didnt even do them right I wanted coffin nails and he didnt shaped them right and the paint job was sloppy and I wanted to put matte on it so he did after it dried the white paint started to look yellow and i dont know if thats what happens with white polish but it dont not look good for prom at all. I also went to go get my eyebrows done and he messed up a little but you couldnt really tell and my eyebrows still look amazing. So really the only thing I didnt like about my visit here was its acrylic nails job. I will be going somewhere else for that but I will always get my eyebrows and pedicures done here becuz it is beyond amazing. However the acrylic nails job just wasnt cutting it for me especially since it was my first time getting my nails done and I wanted it to be perfect.

The salon is beautiful. But My experience there was really horrible. I got my fullset acrylic done and 2 of my nails did not have the top coat. In one week my nails started to come off. The first time I went there i got a gel Manicure and pedicure.the pedicure was nice but the manicures polish was seperating so it looked really bad. When you walk back in to change anything so you can be satisfied the manager Benji is rude with an attitude. Please dont expect anything from him. I kept giving them a chance to redeem themselves but i was left dissappointed accept when John abd Joy did my Nails. John is an Amazing Nail Tech there and hes really sweet he will make sure that you are happy i give him personally a 20 star. Joy is awesome too she does pedicures great! And she wants you to leave happy.

I have a little less than 2 weeks that I’ve done my nails there and I already have 3 nails broken is the second time they do bad my nails the first time I’ll let it pass and I PAID again for a new full set( even when the tech was agree that my nails shouldn’t be that bad in less than two weeks) but this time is the last, I’ll never go back and I cant recommend the place .

If I can rate this place 0 stars I would horriable horriable experience I made an appointment for me my mother and sister for 6pm we come in my mother was accepted first her technician injured her twice my mother is a diabetic and told the technicaian to be careful My sister and I sat and I waited i went over to the girl Alex at the front desk and asked her how much longer do I have to wait its already 6:15 she said with a nasty attitude you have to wait so I told her that I made an appointment and she said you just have to wait, after that my sister was accepted by another technician I waited another 10 minutes and went liver to attitude Alex and asked her again ahe said you have to wait so I asked her then why did I make an appointment ? There are twoTechnicians roaming around doing nothing she said have a seat and someone will be with you soon I got upset and called my husband to come pick me up time being my mother went to wash her hands as instructed by her techniacian my mother came back and waited for her technician 10 minutes her technician went to the back room and stayed there then she sends attitude Alex to tell my sisters technician that she doesnt want to do my mothers nails for no REASON then the lady doing my sisters nails which claims shes the owner suddenly flipped and decided not to do her nails either my sister walked out with foils on her nails that soak off the gel polish. This place is disgusting I dont recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! Stay away seriously !

This is by far the worst nail salon I have been to. I came in to do a simple gel nail polish manicure. The young lady who did it was very nice but did not know what she was doing. I had to correct her a few times on the process of polishing with gel. As I go to pay I notice a few of nails are missing polish at the end of nails. I speak to the owner Benji and he corrects the nails and was professional. It hasnt even been a week and my gel polish is peeling off. I went back to the shop and the owner Benji was on a cruise as stated by the receptionist but his co-manager was there and remembered me as he sits next to him. He took pictures of my nails and told me that he could not fix my one nail because he had 6 ppl waiting and it wouldnt be fair since I wasnt paying. I had to correct him and remind him that I did pay full price for my polish that was falling apart after 6 days. I made it clear I had an interview on Monday and couldnt go with nails looking like this. He was very abrupt and told me to come back after the shop was closed or I could come back on Mon or Tues and see what we can do. It was very clear I was coming off duty in my nursing scrubs and I told him I do not live close where I can waste my gas and time to return to get my nails fixed. This so called manager was EXTREMELY RUDE, did not have an ounce of customer service and was ill mannered towards me as a customer. I was referred by a friend and I will never come back to this unprofessional establishment. All I wanted was my thumb fixed where the polish was peeling the most, but thats too much to ask for after a poor job done by them. As I was walking out I heard this so called manager mocking me in front of other customers stating remember her face... A complete unprofessional environment. DO NOT even attempt to get your nails done here, especially after talking to a few coworkers who stated that they as well had bad experiences there.
