My hair was finished here about a week ago, and the results were fantastic; it was glossy and safe! Im grateful that a friend recommended this beauty salon to me.

Others should be aware of this beauty salon. The travel time, size, and commitment were well worth it because I was really pleased with the outcome. They well surpassed my standards for a very reasonable price. They always make me look young, new, and stunning. This beauty salon deserves all of the credit. My stylist cut my hair really choppy and washed my hair with sulfate shampoo after I specifically asked her not to because I have a keratin treatment. I came back to get it fixed by the salon owner, she cleaned up the haircut some but it definitely looks like a cheap cut not $55 worth. She refused to do anything about the keratin which I paid $200 for!! I was so disappointed and will not be back here again.

I never write reviews, but this time I am really disappointed.Is this really what you expect from a manicure being made by a nail technician when you go to a hair and nails saloon? I don’t think so. Maybe I’m used to an exceptional service, but isn’t that the point when you are paying for it, to expect a certain quality that I definitely didn’t get. Never returning.

My sister needs to go to a salon so she can get the hairstyle she wants. I told her about this salon. And shes thrilled with the outcome! She thanked me profusely. I really appreciate you not abandoning me. I will even tell all of my friends about you.

All around bad experience. The person who shampooed my hair didn’t bother washing the bottom half and the stylist left my hair unevenly cut with sloppy looking layers. To top it all off the stylist charged me $70 after spending less then 20 min in her chair. She claimed that all haircuts should only require 10 min of her time..... really disappointed and will not return.

I’ve been going to Rik Rak for years now. All staff is very friendly and professional but their greatest jewel is Damian! He is the best and super professional. Has worked even with the Grammys which makes me feel like a celebrity!!!! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hairstylist who rolled my hair was awesome. Super patient and nice. She let me stay with the rollers until my dance competition day, so my curls wont die out. Yes, I will go there again and book her. While you wait, you could order food and drinks and shop as well. The reason for the 4 star rating was because my eyebrows cost $40 (my pockets cried) LOL. But overall, it was cute. Thank you

Betty did my fiancees color(Balayage), she loved it. Damian trimmed her hair, she was happy with it. Service otherwise wasnt very good, appointment was late, they forgot about her after she checked in. They also switched stylists multiple times over the phone and again last minute once she arrived without notice. Not the best experience for the money spent.

Terrible experience and customer service from A stylist. I came in asking for an estimate on a balayage that I liked and I was rudely greeted by a man named Damian. I have never been approached or talked to in such a demeaning manner IN MY LIFE. Absolutely disgusting how egotistical he is. Don’t spend your money here.

Just went to Rik Rak for hair color correction and dye and had the best experience. The hairdresser was extremely patient when explaining things to me (my hair is damaged since I bleached it so much, so she went through all the options I had, the pros and cons of each with me). The staff there was so friendly and attentive. Parking was easy too. $2.50 valet. Highly recommend this hair salon!

Tried this because its supposed to a staple in miami. While the haircut was okay it was not a $60 experience. I could have gotten the same experience at supercuts. Cluttered store, indifferent stylist, uncomfortable in every way. No drinks offered. The Spot or Jaxson Maximus are cheaper and a much better experience.

Took my mother here for a mani and pedi. Disorganized, unwelcoming and my she had to wait 30 minutes. Once they did get to her, the manicurist was cold and indifferent. Once finished, she was told to go to the bar with high stool until her nails dried because she had another client. (My mother is 75.) This business is trying to maximize profit by squeezing too many things into one space, it is poorly managed, it has bad customer service and employees that need basic 101 training. My sister was going to go there as well but neither are EVER returning. Nor will I ever recommend to any female family members or friends.

I have been getting my hair cut by Rick for about 35 years. I wouldnt think about going anywhere else but if I absolutely had to, Andrew is excellent also and cuts my sons hair. Its great hanging out with Rick because hes always fun and welcoming. Unfortunately, its about a 45 minute drive for me, but worth it!

AMAZING! When I was in a huge rush to an event, i needed my hair and make up done. Everyone was so nice, front desk staff was very attentive to me. I also wanted to get my nails done but the owner Raquel looked for someone for me right in the spot! THANK YOU RAQUEL!! So sweet and generous. Boutique and bar is just amazing! Really amazing first impression with Rik Rak salon . Customer service was nice and receptionist attended me very quickly. I wanted to change my white hair for more natural color. I worried to get the wrong color again . But I felt so lucky to have Leticia . She is super professional and talented. She listened exactly to what I want and gave me the best advice. When I saw her professionalism and experience it made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. The result was beautiful and I got exactly what I wanted. I left the salon feeling very happy. I have nothing but great things to say about Rik Rak! I’ve been taking my daughters to Leticia to do their eyebrows for over 5 years now and 2 of them are away at college. They refuse to do their eyebrows with anyone but Leticia so she’s one of their first stops when they come home from all their breaks! She’s awesome as a professional and as a person! Our family loves her! Rik Rak also has delicious food and wonderful service! And recently my favorite thing about Rik Rak is Raquel! The beautiful clothes and accessories from their boutique is all the wonderful work of Raquel! My eldest daughter fell in love with a necklace while she was there doing her eyebrows with Leticia.I went back the next day to get it for her for Christmas and the necklace had been sold. Raquel made it happen for me knowing how much I wanted to surprise my daughter! After a trip to NY, Raquel had my daughters Christmas present! Can’t tell you how happy my daughter was and how appreciative I am to Raquel!These are the wonderful people you’ll find at Rik Rak! It’s a great place!

I have been going here for a number of years. The staff are like a second family to me and Ive been using a broad range of their services continuously. Andrew has been an amazing stylist, and colorist who was the only person I trusted with my virgin hair to give me a beautiful ombre treatment. The owner, Rick, has assembled an impressive and capable staff across the board.The salon also has this fantastic cafe so you can enjoy wine, beer, champagne or great food while you are receiving their services (or you can go just for the food ). The boutique is also excellent and Ive found the quality of their inventory to be reliable. The style is very chic, Miami, and fun with a twist of Europe. Highly recommend.

Nice staff, good price, and the most important--good quality of the hair cut. I had it cut, wash, blow dry, it costs me $32+tax. (My hair was mid-long.) Id like to go back again and surely I recommend this store to you.

The Rik Rak Salon is amazing. I moved back to FL last year after living in Manhattan and it took me months of searching (and bad hair) to find the perfect stylist/salon. Tania is fantastic. She has done exactly what Ive wanted every time. Last time I was there I decided my hair was a little different than what I wanted and she made time in her schedule right away and fixed it for free! I am so happy with it now and get compliments all the time. Like the other reviews said, its hard to find someone who knows what to do with blonde. Its so easy to look trashy or dirty but Tania knows exactly what she is doing.Everyone who works here is so friendly and I always have fun getting my hair done here. So relived I found them on G+ last year.

This is the best salon I have ever been in the whole world, and I have been in Paris Barcelona, London, NY, and Dubai. The staff are extremely attentive and very helpful. They have the most talented hairdressers there. Its as if they can feel your hair, and produce a style that you will be over joyed. I always go there, even if it is out of my way. I even saw many celebrities there.

Just relocated to Miami and I LOVE this Salon! Very talented Rik did my color. I was so happy! Really talented and great with blondes. Cesar cut and styled my hair, totally modern and chic. Raquels boutique so fabulous I got the perfect cool sunglasses, there are chic beaded dresses and a european feel to the sportswear. I have shopped all around the world and Raquel has an eye! So happy to have a place that I can now go to for everything! That is rare!

Ive had my haircut with Marcelo and he does such an amazing job. I usually go during my lunch break and leave there with a beautiful cut and blowdry in less than 1hour! My hair has never looked so healthy and alive since Marcelo got his hands on it.

I used to come here every 2-3 weeks for a haircut but definitely not again after my recent experience. The front desk workers are too busy scrolling through Instagram to tend to customers and to clean the cluttered mess around it. Also, their social media used to be good but now its dry and stale.

Extremely disappointed. I made an appointment for 4 pm on Sunday the 15th. I got there early at 3:30 pm so i waited until 4 PM. By 4:12 no one offered anything (I.e. water) and did not even start washing my hair. Further, they had the audacity to take another person, who came later, to wash her hair and start her services. Upon leaving, not one member of their staff was apologetic or offered any sort of empathy for their delayed service. Should you want to book your hair services efficiently and you are a busy woman in Miami- do not waste your time here!

First time in Miami and was staying across the street for a friends wedding. After getting my nails don (beautifully, by the way!), I decided to make an appointment to get a blow out before the event. The site lists the price at $45 (and up).I admit that I did not explicitly ask how much the the stylist I was paired with would cost, but I was shocked when I was told $75!Betty did a lovely job (though she was quite late for the appointment), but I do wish that it had been communicated up front that the blow-out would cost as much as a full haircut and style.When I asked the reasoning, she simply quoted the and up and said that it was just how much she charged.Left a bad taste in my mouth after what had been a great experience.

I got my hair cut done with Juana and she did such an amazing job! I went in to cut off 7 inches and I couldnt be happier with this new hair! I brought in a picture of the cut I wanted and she even styled it just like the picture!

They charged 45$ for a gel manicure and 45$ for a regular pedicure. A total of 90$ for an OK service. They said it’s brickell prices which isn’t true. My appointment was on a Friday at 1.30, it was too crowded, too noisy, there was hair everywhere on the floor and the colour choices of nail polish was mediocre

I called when they opened to schedule an up do for later on that after noon since I had a wedding to attend that evening. The woman that made my appointment told me that I would be taken care of. I arrived 15 mins early to check in and give myself time to decide what I wanted. I waited 30 mins before the woman that was going to do my hair came to get me. She told me she would blow dry my hair. I told her I needed an up do. She went back to the front desk. Came back to me a few minutes later to inform me there wasnt anyone available for that, that my appointment was for a blow dry, that she could give me a few curls. The professionalism and customer service of this salon is sub par. Only go here if you like getting things you didnt ask for and being overcharged for them.

I super recomend this place!I do my hair with Gustavo and he is always amazing with me. He was the only one able to find the right color for my hair.I also have been doing my eyelashes extensions with Taina.It is not cheap but really worth for the price you pay for. She is perfeccionist and if you are not happy with something she will go and fix it.The prices at this hair salon is not cheap but if you go with the right people will be worth for what you pay. Specially talking about beauty.

I went to Rik Rak for an hair cut and I had a terrible experience; when my hairdresser was drying my hair send me to the back with someone else to finish his job, the woman who was drying my hair didnt have experience after 5 minutes she left because she went to rinse the hair for another client! I was alone in the back while my hairdresser was with another client! I complain and came a guy to dry my hair (at least this person has more experience) but he left when the woman with no experience came back from rinsing the hair from the other client. Finally came my hairdresser to finished his work.I ended up spending more than TWO HOURS in the saloon, paying extra for the babysitter (who was taking care of my baby while I was at Rik Rak) and over paying for the miserable treatment I received, this is absolutely unacceptable behavior towards any customer. This was so disheartening to experience as a customer. I would not recommend anybody to go to Rik RakFor the owner: if you want to be a high end saloon I would suggest you to re think your service

I LOVE RIK RAK. The complete services I get there are so uniformly great that when I moved an hour away I decided to drive an hour each way to keep going to RIK RAK. Sue for nails, Marcello for cut, Letitia for wax and the famous Rik for color. Then there is a cafe that will bring you coffee or wine or a sandwich to the station so you are comfortable. Then there are clothes. (Hot ones) and jewelry. I try to pass all that by. I havent tries massages yet but,,, Anyway, its addictive.

I LOVE RIK RAK!!!Had transformative make up by the lovely Betty V. that I did not want to wash off--ever!!Maikel is a doll and super stylist that brought great polish to my long, unruly tresses.

I was very disappointed, I had made an appointment a month in advance for my daughter with Sara for Balayage and the day before they called to say she would not be available (we were driving from Naples) they put her with Rick, when we got there they told us Rick was not the person for this. Then they placed her with another Hair Dresser, she left the salon with light brown highlights, they were not able to do what she wanted. She has brown hair (not black hair). My older daughter had an appointment with Mimi the same day, she left without nothing, she felt offended, she is rosy fair skin and they made her feel that what she wanted (balayage also) her hair is dark brown was not rightbecause she was not blonde and blue eyed. I ended paying $300.00 for my daughter the one that ended up with highlights, not balayage as she wanted (I could have done this at home from a box for $15.00).
