Tried this salon for the first time and was not disappointed! Im very picky about where I get gel manicures since they obviously last longer and Tania did a phenomenal job! Originally I picked a blue that came out a little translucent and she asked me if I was happy with the color before continuing with the rest of my nails. We picked a similar, more opaque color, and it came out gorgeous.

If I can give this place more than 5 stars I definitely would!! My wife and daughters had a spa day and had an amazing time. The employees were amazing with the girls and made them feel like true princess. My wife looked and felt like a new person with her new look. Definitely will be back 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

New owner! Love this place. They use quality polish, and actually care about your nails.... they properly take off gel polish ( not using a drill). My polish is still perfect! And it’s been over 2 weeks. Will be going back! Thank you

NAILS AT TIFFANYS IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP/MANAGEMENT!! VERY CLEAN... Friendly staff as the moment you walk. Lots of parking available. As soon as you sit down staff is offering water, sodas, coffee and wine..... Saturdays they even have pastries and mimosas... Nail techs are fully experienced and the best Acrylic nails I have ever done. I tried the Apres nails and they feel amazing and look amazing. They have over 1,000 nail colors to pick from and the best vegan nail polish on the market. Their is Hair Stylist which is amazing in color, blow dries and hair extensions. Waxing Services are available as well. This is a full salon and walk ins are always welcomed.

From the first day I walked in it was first class curated service....Queen service..,. To the point if my hands were being done and I needs to sip my 3pm coffee or my 5pm Rose they raised the glass to allow me to indulge.... my nails perfect hair pristine service beyond... hence family to me ... thank you ❤️❤️❤️

This place is amazing. Great location, parking nearby, the salon is immaculate and COVID friendly. But even better is the new hair stylist (Stephanie)!!! She is an expert in color (especially for blondes like me), treatments and does the best blowout in Miami.Highly recommended 👍

The worst service I have ever had in a nail salon, the lady who did mine and my sister nails Sky, she had a nasty attitude, she did not want to or even know how to do designs. Not even a week after getting done, my mail broke, and my sister nail paint peeled right off

This JEM is sparkling clean and they def know how to do nails! I’m so happy to have a luxe nail salon now near me! Apres Gel X is the way to go if you’re looking to get length, it’s way less harsh on your nail and they look fire! ❤️

This place is elegant, the tools are properly cleaned, and the location is great. The past few times I went, I had a gentleman named Kc, and he was meticulous and did a beautiful job on my nails. He was also quite fun and friendly, which never hurts. I know some people may not care so much about the chairs, but places with broken or non-massage chairs always leave me a bit disappointed, as it is part of the experience for me. Im pleased to say that Tiffanys has fantastic massage chairs, just dont have them shaking you around when Kc is painting, because he is an artist and will tell you to tone it down a notch. Over all, I love this place, and all the staff so far. I almost wish I could go more often, but my nails last so long when Kc does them(not complaining). Unfortunately they dont serve food, so you cant have Breakfast at Tiffanys (haha), but there are also tons of great places to grab food around that area, so it makes for a fun brunch outing with friends if thats what youre into.

I did not like how they did my dip nails. When I kindly told her, she spoke in another language to the manager on duty. I later found out after speaking with my nail tech that she told the manager that she said I was picky. If Im paying for a service, I think I have a right to voice if I do not like how you are doing it. I will never go back.

Jimmy has been doing my nails for years and doing an amazing job. Right after New Years I called Tiffany Nail Spa where I have been going to get my nails done, and the owner told me he was on vacation so I made an appointment with another lady there. The owner told me while I was there that she didn’t know when Jimmy would be back from vacation. ( I thought that was odd)A friend of mine told me that she saw Jimmy working at Nail Fever Spa in Dadeland Mall. I called and made an appointment- as usual he did a great job.Just to see if the owner of Tiffany’s would tell me the truth, I called and she told me Jimmy was still on vacation and did I wan to make an appointment with someone else.WHY LIE???? I CANNOT TOLERATE PEOPLE WHO LIE!!If you want a great nail experience go see Jimmy at Nail Fever Spa in Dadeland Mall!

First experience wasnt great but since then Ive come to enjoy this salon. Easy to get in during the week, English is spoken, average amount of color choices, clean, massage chairs work well. Very spacious and appears clean. Only downside is having to pay for parking which adds to the price.

Just left this newly open salon and had an a great experience. Tiffany did my daughters long hair and was so impressed I made an appointment for myself next week. The staff was nice, polite and helpful and most of all for a beautiful salon it did not cost beautiful salon prices!

Called for an appointment and was told Saturday at 9am. I had to spell my name several times to the person that answered the phone. Arrived at 9am-door was open. Was told didn’t matter no one available to help me and my name and number was not found anywhere; that I had to return at 9:30. I did. The young man who was at the reception desk was cold, unapologetic and made me feel like I created the issue. Told me “he’s ready for you “. I assumed it was the only other young man near one of the chairs. His demeanor was cold, robotic and almost bothered that he had to deal with me. Gave me instructions on what to do more like barks. His treatment was rough, as if he was rushing through it. He left me drying my hands and left the building. Not a word. The worst experience ever. The only kind person with a warm smile was a young lady who later came in and was assisting up front. Throughout the entire time all the Asian workers were speaking in their language, laughing - with only 4 customers in the salon, all speaking English I feel this is inappropriate. If they were alone it would be different, speaking your native tongue is natural. However, not in the midst of others who do not. Especially, clients. I received not one smile from the person who attended me. I think he made eye contact with me maybe twice during the entire mani/pedi. It was awful. I will NEVER be back. And by the way, he received a $6 tip which he did not deserve.

They may be the most talented nail artists in the world but I wouldnt know because I walked out of there due to their poor customer service. I went in as a walk-in and was asked to pick a color, so thinking that I am going to be helped right away i pick the color, after being left there standing for like 10 minutes, i am told in a very rude manner to sit down. I do and wait patiently as I see everyone that walked in after me being helped, after 20 minutes I ask what is going on and why I am not being helped. They all look at each other and start screaming at each other but no one does anything or gives me a response. So I just walked out of there to never return...

I go there on a regular basis for mani pedi and massage. The owner is not the friendliness but does work very hard.

SCAMMERS. If I could give zero stars I would. Went to this location last week for a manicure and pedicure, was told it would be $52 so I tipped $20 and signed for the total of $72. After checking my account a week later I notice the charge is for $92. When I called and enquired about the difference I was treated with the utmost disrespect. Tiffany, the owner, called and repeatedly said I was wrong and the $72 was the final price and my $20 tip was added on. She then goes on to say that maybe her worker made a mistake and that it was my fault for not correcting her in the moment (how I was supposed to know the correct price is beyond me). Therefore they may have changed the price after. She also questioned why I cared when it was “only $20 and that her workers only make $8 an hour so think about them”. Extremely unprofessional, awful customer service, and RUDE. Your customers should not be lied to and blamed when your employees are the ones making errors. TIP FRAUD IS ILLEGAL. Needless to say I contacted my bank and will be taking my services elsewhere.Also two of my nails broke 3 days later. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Honestly, I wasnt going to leave a review at all - but people need to be warned. DO NOT DO DIP HERE or any service for that matter! Why even offer the service if you dont know how to accomplish the correct outcome? I was here for 3 hours - polish removed and reapplied 3 different times and my nails still look awful! The kicker - I let them know this looks awful, you could physically see my nail through the Dip (which is weird because ive been doing dip for over a year and this has NEVER happened to me) - you know what their reply was oh, come back tomorrow and we can fix it - or well have to soak your nails and remove them if you dont feel like paying WHAT!!!?? Im with my 3 year old, visibly unhappy, youve taken 3 hours, still cant get it right and now want me to soak it all off?! NOOOOOO!!!! So unfortunately I had to pay and leave. Theyre awful - dont come here. Seriously. AWFUL.

One of the worst experiences in salon ever .Everyone was extremely rude and very skilled at ripping off clients . I was quoted one price, at the front desk and then charged 20$ more ... when I asked why, answer was, you wanted cuticles cut !!!! Nobody told me that would be an extra charge and nobody bothered to let me know . While there I witnessed another unhappy client, with a same issue.I will never go back to this place ! They have no idea how to run a business or what costumer service means!

Nice staff. But my gel manicures never last more than a week. They put three+ layers of nail polish and it’s too much. It ends up peeling right off. And their gel color selection is limited.

This place is fine but if you want a good manicure just carry your nails ready to polish cause they are not so great at filing nails nor scraping the callius of your feet.

I went there once and a few days later my skin on my fingertips started peeling off. It took over two weeks for my skin to recover. I had to go to a dermatologist and get a steroid ointment. The dermatologist said it was probably chemical burns from their acetone. I’m not sure what happened, but I’ve been getting gel nails for years and I’ve been to many salons, this is the first time this has happened. It has been horrible, painful, ugly, and embarrassing.

Ive been going there since they opened and do my Nails with Ne she is very good and kind but last Friday I did my nails with somebody else and on Sunday my nail polish was completely peeled off! I guess the marshmallow was not good or they left lotion on my nails ! I went for them to fix it and they charge me nail polish change! Is not even about the money but TIME . I have a baby and dont have time to do anything so the fact that I have to go back and fixed something that was supposed to last longer is irritating and also I had to pay for parking! I explained the situation to the receptionist and she didnt do anything at all . A Robot could have done more. Not going any more! What a shame that for $8 you loose and client and left very disappointed.

I have personally worked here for 8 months & Ive never felt so unappreciated and disrespected in my life . The owner (TRANG) as well as most of the clients here are racist and rude ! I would never recommend that anyone with any type of culture work here, they truly dont care about u, as long as they get their money all is well . Highly disappointed in this entire experience . They say everything happens for a reason, this place showed me how we are well still in slavery & I am not ok with that !

Their polish colors are very limited. They dont care about customer service. NEVER again.
