I have known the owner for 20 plus years and she does amazing work. Also Sonia as well does amazing work too. The employee are nice, great nail techs and listen to your wants and needs! They speak Spanish too and they are fast. The atmosphere is relaxing and professionals. If you are looking for a nail salon then come visit this amazing salon.

Overall horrible establishment and staff, do not recommend.Let me start off by saying - beware of this place. They do not sanitize their tools to work, the lady who helped me literally just grabbed a tray with tools that were just sitting next to her and got started. The place itself is dusty and dirty, the lady didnt even put a bag on the foot massager (which theyre supposed to do at every salon for safety reasons), she also used an alredy used pumice stone on my feet, and the bowl she used for me to put my hails in at her station for the manicure was dusty, stained, and just disgusting altogether. And as if that wasnt bad enough, as she was doing my pedicure and manicure, she didnt stop using her phone to make phone calls and texts... what kind of work ethic is that? The whole stay I was there she stopped working on me to use her phone, Ive never seen this at any other salon. She also left me at the chair for like 3 minutes because she was buying stuff from some vendor went to have a conversation with him, pay him, and put the stuff she bought from the vendor away.To make matters worst, she didnt even clean, painted, or cured my nails correctly. Both my toes and nails are horribly painted, I still have cuticle leftovers in all my fingers, the paint is blotchy, has lines, and they are all unevenly painted. Not to mention she took 2 HOURS because she was doing all these things she wasnt supposed to be doing, she didnt even do her job right. What I received wasnt worth $50 but $20 at best - do not recommend this place at all.

I have gone to this salon for years the staff is not only so welcoming and friendly but efficient. They have a huge range of colors to choose from when it comes to gel and dip powder. I Love coming here! Everyone is super kind and professional. Prices are great. All The nail techs work here is fantastic. This is my hand nails done by the owner himself, a week later!!! Look still a masterpiece. I had an overlay refill done and a mani. You guys will not regret coming here. I stay in downtown Miami and I come there to do my nails at this wonderful spot. Really horrible. My nails came out terrible, literally not how I thought It was going to turn out. So uneven and didn’t even clean my hand properly after soaking off my nails.

Im giving this review a 4 star the reason being is because of Mabel she is the best. I would recommend her with no doubt. Her work is great! It could be 5 star, but this place lack on having staff staff that are professional. When I went i saw this lady doing her toes mind you she was an employee. She is a dark skin Lady. I get it you work in a salon where is possible, but not during business hours when there are customers around you. To me it w look professional at all. This is my first time I see a staff at a salon doing her toes. I don’t understand how the owner allows this behavior. That is unacceptable no type of respect and is disgusting.

Nice place!!! But I didn’t like how they painted my nails😕it depends who’s the girl.

The dark haired woman did my pedicure and now i have an infection and have to have it surgically drained and be put on antibiodics. do not go there unless you want to make a follow up appointment with a podiatrist. My doctor said my foot wont look normal again for a year. I am so upset.

I am sold. My first time here and i love it. Sonia was my tech. I dont speak Spanish and she speaks very little english and neither of us let the language barrier be a issue. She was so sweet to me. So polite and very delicate. She gave me the best pedi ive ever had. My feet are so smooth. My mani is so cute and everything looks so clean and well done. The owner is a cutie pie and a sweetheart. They made me and my friends feel at home upon entering. Judy did my friends nails and she said she was just as sweet and her mani and pedi looks amazing. I will be back!!!! Very affordable but you must know basic Spanish they are not playing with you. Worth the wait and a very thorough pedicure.

My wife made me go to get a pedicure right before our cruise, probably wouldnt have been allowed to put my feet in the ocean otherwise. Lol. Service was excellent, although there is very little English spoken there. The woman did an wonderful job and I was able to relax, even though I really feel uncomfortable having my feet touched. I wouldnt have known it was my feet if they hadnt been attached.

I asked for a French manicure and got an American manicure and the woman cut two of my toes. The manicure wasnt terrible looking but i wouldnt go back

Made me wait for 40 minutes explaining they only except cash and by the time I could get a Uber ride to pic me up and bring me back they would be closed by then . I could have went to the atm. Please put a sign on the outside. I was from out of town on business just trying to get my nails fixed.

Good service they take like 2 hours for gel manicure and a regular pedicure. then I go for my eye brows the girl take a lot of hairs not necessary to take off and she just told me I am sorry the wax take a few extra hairs but you can paint your eye brows

First let me say that this review is not based on a one visit experience, however, this visit has demanded this warning! The nail techs here have not mastered their craft! Ive been told through the mouth of a nail tech here that their job is to sculpt, not paint or design when I asked why Im being passed to someone else to design my nails!The nail shop happens to be convenient for me which is why I decided against my gut to go here,... its close, its Sunday so everywhere else closes early you only need a refill so hey why not? The man sitting closest to the door does my refill and paints my nails with gel polish. The WORST job Ive EVER had so I tell him my nails are not done properly, they pass me to some girl to fix, mid way she passes me to another man who cuts three of my fingers in the process of removing the messed up polish of his compadre. So now Im bleeding, cuticles burning, and Im extremely pissed soooo I SNAP! Granted, I was wrong for certain things spewing out of my mouTh but seriously, theyve disappointed me again and I have the pictures to prove it! So Ill leave you with this, you pay for what you get ! If you want low quality nails where you leave with uneven nails, cuticles all cut up and nail techs asking if you want it fixed or not then stop on by ny nails and waste your money ;) this 4.1 star is a LIE! Ive been here at least 4 times and allll times Ive left unsatisfied! And I guarantee you guys I will NEVER come back!

Very bad experience, the girl I had an appointment with, did not keep it, and it happened to me in two different ocassions, the 2nd time, I even asked told her, not to make waste my time again, and again, she had started a pedicure when I got there, it didnt matter that I had an appointment, nor that I was there on time. They will never see me there again.

This is the second time that I am going to do my nails. I arrived on a Sunday at 10.30am and they attended to me 1 hour later because there were a lot of customers. The man who took care of my nails left me identical as I showed him in the photo, although the edges were somewhat dirty. Then I had to wait 15.20 minutes for my feet, the young woman who treated my feet likewise did a good job, but cleaner. And I ended up leaving at 2pm. I would have to see how long the results last to see if I return. But everything ok.The result / reference

The china girl made me the acrylic nails on my hands, God ugly, she made them very big and rough, she charged me 80 and even asked for a tip, I gave her $ 10 but more I never come back
