The best place to go to! I have been searching for a place to get my nails done and this place is the best by far. I will always recommend and come back here. They are quick even when they have scheduled appointments.

Worst nail salon! Their Attitude is just rude and rushed like they are in a competition to finish it first. Needless to say, it caused many cuts on my cuticles…. Also, you cannot ask the technician to do something different than what they are used to, like simply clean a bit more, or paint it correctly because it’s all smudged… there will be an attitude towards you, the paying client.!!!Most importantly, They do NOT use clean and disinfected tools. I saw many of them just using the same tools on different people without cleaning, it’s disgusting!!! If you get nail fungus, you’ll know where it came from!!!Never going back!

My husband and I are visiting from Utah to celebrate our ten year anniversary. We wanted to start our trip with a pedicure and it was the perfect way to start our trip. So relaxing and everything was top quality.

The nerve of this salon to literally soak my WHOLE HANDS in acetone until my hand burned. Then call me TOO PICKY. Skip this salon any chance you get. Also too expensive for anyone to not be picky. 115 for a pedi and manicure that isnt even done correctly unless I chime in ???? And then calling ME TOO PICKY.A joke.

I came in with my sister in law and I got Kyle as my nail technician, he did such an amazing job. I’ve never had nails more beautiful. He made sure to get the shape of my nails PERFECTLY! He helped me pick out the most perfect colors for what I wanted, the way he cut, filed and painted my nails, he made sure to make them PERFECT, and he placed the stones so perfectly as well. I didn’t have anything extra under my nails like I normally do and I don’t see a single flaw. This is the best nails I’ve ever had. I am extremely happy. ASK FOR KYLE IF YOU GO HERE!!!

I just received a great pedicure from this place. They have good massage chairs and my nail tech was friendly and very skilled. I have also had good encounters with other nail techs at this salon. They were the only place that took me same day. They salon has a good amount of chairs and have never turned me down as a walk in. Most other salons in the area cannot say the same.

Grace is amazing. She has been doing my pedicure for 4 years now. She makes sure my nails are healthy and strong. Her professionalism is superb!

For being the first time, so far so good. Only place that welcomed a walk-in last minute. Almost instantly got seated with so many people already there. Didnt get cut or hurt while prepping nails for nail polish (at least from the guy we had.) Reasonable prices. Only reason its not 5 stars its because I still need to try the acrylic nails, pedi, etc.

I got my nails done last Wednesday on 7/7 and for the price that you pay at this salon, I don’t believe my nails should be lifting this quickly. It is 7/12. I have 2 other nails lifting just like the one in the picture.Very disappointed.

I’m shocked. I don’t remember the last time I was treated so badly, and most importantly I don’t understand why?? I’ve been going to Mira for a while, and always bring my daughter. The young girl working at the front desk was so incredibly rude over the phone, but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt - BUT when I checked in and paid she was even worse. I left feeling stressed, and anxious when really - getting my nails done is usually an enjoyable experience. What made me even more mad, was how she talked to my daughter, right in front of me! That being said, it made me feel a lot better reading all the reviews complaining about their front desk horror stories, so I know it’s not only me. Mira Nail bar I would seriously consider your actions and how they affect your customers and how this girl is hurting your business.I live right by, but unfortunately I don’t see us coming back as long as the girl is still there.

The pedicure was good, no bad. The manicure... they didnt even clean the sides. I just did it by myself at home. Honestly 100$ for a gel maní and a gel pedí.... way too expensive. People put good reviews I guess cause they offer 5$ off when you leave them a reviews.

I booked same day over the phone and they got me in the next hour. They were ready when I got here and did an efficient and quality job. Only thing is a I prefer a deeper heel scrub.

WONDERFUL! If you are in town for a cruise or looking for a new nail place, this is it. They make it easy for you to book online, so just go to the website and create an appointment. The whole process is orderly, you get in and out in less than an hour and half, if you get both the gel manicure and pedicure. They even offer a free drink which is wonderful! I highly recommend this place!I wanted to note that they keep everything very tidy and clean. Its easy to select colors and find your way around. Still a solid stop for a variety of nail service, however my last few nail appointment have all felt very rushed and the service didn’t end up quite how I wanted. The tech clearly misunderstood the shape and paint I wanted and when I tried to correct her she pretended she didn’t know how to paint French tips despite having already said she had worked there for 5 years..... finger aside, the pedicures are ALWAYS on point and 100% worth the upgrades

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$I have only been here twice and each time Grace has added extra fees to my liquid gel manicure. I have gone to expensive salons all up and down the east coast including NYC and have yet to experience these outrageous extra charges especially without any notice until I am at the front desk paying after already receiving the service. The first time, I was charged a removal fee to remove my previous polish, which is PART OF THE MANICURE SERVICE! Obviously my old color needs to be removed...The last time I went was definitely the last time I will ever go back. I had chipped 2 of my nails in the 3-4 weeks since I got them done. I was charged $8 for each nail to be fixed making my total an extra $16 for an already expensive service which is $65 for just regular gel colors, no fancy designs or anything.I came to the salon to get them re-done as usual...I did not need any fixing, I needed my nails to be done. She did not tell me that there would be an extra charge for this...I have never once been charged for this or have it called fixing my nails. Again, this has always been a PART OF THE SERVICE!!! I also specifically asked if this service could be completed in an hour as I have very limited time. Grace took her sweet time, and the service was over an hour and a half long. I asked her to make them thin, natural, and square coffin style but instead they are round and thick. In that hour and a half, she did not even do my cuticles or any actual manicure treatment. After addressing this with the girl at the front desk, the best the salon would do was charge me $5 for each nail instead of $8...what a joke...$75 plus tip down the drain. I am very unhappy with this salon and will definitely not be coming back.

I went in to get a gel manicure with some basic designs - heart, cross, peace symbol. The host said he would find someone who could do what I wanted- 10 simple symbols on 10 nails. After waiting for 20 minutes for the artist who could do them, she started removing my gel and within 5 minutes for up and walked out. Didn’t say if she was coming back. I was assigned a new artist and after doing the basic gel coat - 1 hour in- finally tells me she can’t do any of the designs because it was too complicated. I wasn’t I formed of this or I would have gone to a different salon. Who can’t do a basic cross or a heart as nail art?Disheartened I left with a basic gel polish and uneven nails

The service from the nail tech were impeccable, however the customer care, specially from the owner is horrific. She needs classes in understanding how to be cordial and respectful of the customers. She is utterly unprofessional, unkind and disrespectful.

This is my second time at Mira Nail Bar and they are always so quick and professional! One of the cleanest nail bars in Miami with an actual *bar* included and great music. Definitely recommend to all, appointment not necessary, but I would call in advance :) will be back!

I went to this salon for the first time today and had the most AMAZING experience! I moved to Miami in June and have been trying to find a quality nail salon and after all of these months, I have finally found it. They are very warm and welcoming when you walk in. The salon is very posh and clean with tons of pedicure chairs and nail stations. They even offer you a drink menu once you get settled (and it does include alcohol). I got set up with Danny and he does the BEST gel acrylics! Even though this salon is about 25 minutes from me, it is well worth the drive. Best nail salon is Miami!

What can I say About this amazing experience I have Every time I have a nail appointment.. I’ve been doing my nails with Tech VY for 3 years now at Mira and I honestly LOVE my mani & pedi set . I’m very picky with my nails and she knows how to take her time !! Always great customer service from greetings & conversations to a great cup of coffee during my amazing pedicure time . HER MASSAGES are very much needed (much recommend) thank you VY for your amazing service

They have inexperienced staff there charging full price for services they are not capable of providing. horrible quality of service. rude uncaring managers. the employees there will lie and say anything to receive your money. stay away I do not recommend and I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years. poor quality and service. very deceptive.

I was visiting Miami on a work trip and found Mira Nailbar. It was a great experience! They have a friendly and efficient staff, and complimentary drinks. The gentleman who worked on my nails was very tedious and made sure they were perfect. I recommend. The price of gel nails was $36, which was cheaper than other options in the area.

Just left the salon... I’ve been to Mira a total of 3 times and the 3rd time was not the charm. I will unfortunately be looking for another nail spot. First time was fine, but I went with a friend from out of town and she did the dip and they came out bumpy and sort of sloppy so it took me a few months before I decided to go there again. I went it and was helped by a really pretty girl who spoke perfect English, she was not nice, she was fast and very short with me but she did a great job on my dip nails that’s why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1. I returned today 3 weeks after to change out the dip for a new color and this time I got a guy. I couldn’t select a color so I said let’s do white. I absolutely hate it when they pass the machine too much over my nails because over time that will deteriorate my nails and that’s not goal. He kept passing that thing to the point where I winced because it was hurting some nails... so he stopped and went on to start the dip process. Usually when I’ve had the dip gel they do it 2-3 times that’s it, so it doesn’t get bulky and bumpy... well he kept dipping and dipping. I thought when he finished he would smooth it out but no he buffed it a little and put a top coat.I didnt say anything to the front front dest rep because I figured I would just come back and doing it with someone else, but then I go and I see so many reviews with the same issue so Im not even going to bother. When I was paying I was trying to get the name of the girl who initially did it because I would rather have her being short with me than this guy who did such a sloppy job. The receptionists tells me you must be mistaken because she doesnt do dip, and I was like well she did mine last time its not like its rocket science. She said no definitely not her, and Im thinking to myself she must think Im stupid because I know everyone there who has ever done my nails from men to women.Regardless, my nails are already dirty and there’s hair trapped in some of them under the top coat and it’s super thick and lumpy. I’m going to have them redone somewhere else.My advise is speak up don’t be like me they aren’t cheap by any means.

The service is average for this area, which is a compliment given the overall standards of nail salons in the Miami downtown/Brickell area. Be prepared to wait even if you make an appointment. Today I had an appointment for 3 and they allowed walk-ins go ahead of me per usual. I didn’t sit down with nail tech until 3:45. Disappointing and annoying when you’re on a tight schedule, but the alternatives are so terrible I didn’t have a choice but to wait. 🤷🏽‍♀️

My experience was extremely less than professional. This salon is not clean. There is dirt on the chairs and floors. The extra service I asked for tea three times. The main service I asked for chrome I was told I had to get gel, then I saw a $15 and $35 charge on the options and I asked why two prices was told I had to pay only $15. Long story short there were all these charges and I had over $100 bill and to make thing so much worse the nails were horrible took too long to do the nail tech kept messing up and redoing and the effect is still not correct. So I’m leaving with horrible nails and to top even that when I mention all these charges she ran were not fully explained she kept saying I told you, obviously you did not as we would not be having this conversation. Here’s the cherry she shoved the receipt at me and said “pay and leave” mind you I was not being irate, then I got irate I’ve never had anyone say pay and leave. I never argued that I wasn’t going to pay I kept saying it’s not a problem however it was not properly explained. These low end imports really need some education on customer service and communication. —— as you look over the reviews the total rating number although seems high if you look at the one star it’s almost half the amount, you do the math! —— I’ll be contacting the better business bureau and OSHA as my foot is also itching and rusty chains in water don’t seem very kosher to me.

I love this place! I dont go too often because prices are a little higher than Im used to, but I know there are many talented techs here! The atmosphere is great, good music, clean spaces, and the wait is never long, at least when I go. I would recommend them to locals and tourists.

MiMi did my nails, she was very patient and nice to me the entire time. The only bad part was me making an appointment and having to sit & wait 45 minutes afterwards for my manipedi. If they make a better effort to adhere to their appointment times, Ill gladly change my review to 5 atars.

Gel nail didn’t stay on for more than a week.

I moved to the area and had to find a new nail salon nearby. I am particular about my nails for two reasons: one, my hands are very sensitive and I need a technician who would be super gentle.Two, I am not in favor of square shape nails and like them to be more narrow, more feminine.While booking the appointment, I explained all my preferences and the receptionist booked me with Linda. This salon is located right on Biscayne Blvd and has no own parking. You have to find street parking, which you pay for, or park at the Citi Bank garage at your own risk that your car can be towed.The place itself is very spacious and the receptionist lady was super nice. If you check in on Yelp, you get a $5 off of $50 set. The actual space where your nails get done is rather uncomfortable - its a long line of tables put together, where you sit super close next to other clients on low chairs with no back support, and the AC is blowing hard right in the middle of that table. I had to ask to be moved to the very end of the row.I came exactly on time and Linda walked out and told me that shes going to switch me to another technician as she is still busy with another client. I explained to her that my requests were very specific and she confirmed that the person shes bringing would meet them.The technician Julian who did my nails was friendly, but as it turned out he did a pretty sloppy job. As I looked at my nails closely at home, the were not the shape that I actually asked for and they each had a different shape from one another (you can see on the pictures they are not a nice clean shape).The price for the nexgen nails here is $50 plus $5 for the special shape - which is in this salon everything other than a square shape.Feels like a waste of my time and money.

UPDATE #2: I got my broken nail and chipped pedicure fixed 2 days ago. Guess what!! The nail broke AGAIN for a 2nd time and my pedicure chipped for a SECOND time! Words cannot express how unbelievably frustrated I am with this salon. I called them to let them know once more and they came up with an excuse saying that I need a new set, Ive had this one for too long. Girl, I got my full set a week and a half ago... Ive been getting my nails done for years now. They think I dont know when Im supposed to get a full set LOL Not to mention, they REPLACED a broken nail originally so that nail was new! Broke TWICE!Also! The owner put up their number to contact them if you are unhappy but it is surely just for show! I called them twice and texted them multiple times. They read my texts (they have read receipts) and there was NO reply. Very professional LOLUPDATE: I came back to get my nail fixed after they did a shoddy job fixing it and the tech who did it tried to tell me she didnt do that and yadda yadda, basically trying to make it look like I lied but I have RECEIPTS honey. I have pictures of before and after so everyone knows which nails were done.Also my pedicure chipped after ONE day. $28 for a pedicure that lasts 24 hours lol. I wish I could get my money back honestThis place is totally overpriced. My tech had an attitude and rushed through both my pedicure and my nails process. Normally an acrylic fill only cost $25 but they charged me $45. Which is honestly ridiculous. They charge you $10 extra if your nails are extra long which I have never heard of. Its normally they charge $5 for long and that is what I was told originally by several different people here. Ive had acrylics for over 5 years and this is the most expensive fill Ive had. I didnt even get gel polish but if I went somewhere else I could have for the same price. I normally get my nails done elsewhere so I guess Ill just look for somewhere else to get my nails done. This was a very frustrating experience

Mira nails is my go-to. When I first moved down to Brickell, it was so hard finding a good nail salon in comparison to New York. They are the only nail salon that does exactly what I want and it lasts! I go every 3 weeks for a dip, pedi, and lash refills and I always get them done by B! B is amazing, she knows exactly what to do and does a great job! Highly recommended!

I am FURIOUS. I made an appointment (first time coming here) for the BASIC full acrylic set- no gel no extras, yet I get up to pay and am told I’m going to have to pay $20 extra because I never specified I didn’t want the gel (which I did MULTIPLE times) They literally would not let me leave the store and insisted I pay because the gel was already done on my nails. HORRIBLE I’ve never seen any salon just automatically up charge people & shrug and say oh well. On top of that the nails are crooked and awful. My least favorite set I’ve ever gotten out of HUNDREDSLike other reviews have said- If you don’t mind having to pay attention to random charges tacked on at the end then this place is for you.What a scam.
