My nail tech was very nice but also in such a hurry to leave. My appointment was initially at 5:30 and didn’t make it till 5:49. She was nice enough to wait for me and said she had to be out by 7:00pm. She finished doing my nails at 6:30pm. I showed the girl upfront the work she did, particularly in my left hand. She didn’t clean the edges and left a raised edge on my index finger. I didn’t point any of it out because I myself was in a rush, but I am so disappointed with the quality of work that was done to me. I felt rushed and dismissed.

I got to the beauty salon and everyone greeted me, offered me coffee and did not have to wait at all for my appointment session. They took care of me the entire time, checking if I was good and how I was feeling. I’m very please with the service and will definitely be coming back soon because I loved the results.

I have been going to this salon for the past 10 years, and Aylin is one of the best hair stylists in this salon. The owner Milly is very professional and so does her staff. I would recommend this salon to anyone 😻

I got there for my appointment and I had to wait an extra 40 min for them to even come see me. I was there to get my roots done and at the time I was told a price and at the end it was way more than what I was told. It took way too long to do what needed to be done and I have to come back again for them to fix my hair.

Very caring, clean and good prices

I brought my 9 year old daughter in to get a trim. She has really curly hair so I brought her in with her hair straightened the tech said it had to be wet. I went in the following week with her hair wet and combed and the tech denied her again and said her had to be straight. My daughter was so hurt and cried all the way to hair cuttery where they had no problem taking my daughter. I went into Xtreme Beauty salon for weeks after that to let the owner know what had occurred. When I finally came in and she was there she sent someone else to speak with me. She couldn’t even come out herself. My family and I have been going to her for years and after this gross display of decency we will never step foot near this salon again.

I’ve been getting my nails done with Yenia for over 5 years and I have nothing but positive and great things to say about her. She’s very professional and does a fabulous job ALL the time. On occasion I have done my nails with other girls at the salon and I have never been disappointed. The customer service in this salon is amazing. Everyone is really friendly and professional. Ive been getting my hair done here for almost a year, theyre always accommodating and the service is great. The salon just got renovated and expanded their nails section. They offer cuban coffee and the place is always clean and comfortable.

Very satisfied with the service. Salon is cleaned and the staff is friendly. They always find a way to accommodate clients. If you are doing a keratin treatment, I recommend Aylin. For haircut and style Milly or Aylin are the best in my opinion. I definitely recommend this place.

Its alright. Not the best hair salon Ive been to but its suffice. They have four licensed hair dressers and ladies to do your nails. The owner is one of the hairdressers and she is extremely sweet.Unfortunately, the ladies talk too much and dont pay enough attention to you. Came in to get my hair blow dried and they took FOREVER. I was there from 11am-2:30pm. Theyre not TERRIBLE but they really need to work on their customer service. The staff is too rough on your head. They pull your hair when washing or straightening. I feel like they could do a lot better.Other than that, the salon is nice and kept clean.

The lady that did my hair was judging and making fun of how much hair I had the whole time and complaining about having to do the treatment. She talked to her coworkers about it in Spanish, not knowing I know Spanish too and still continued to do so but in a more joking manner. The quality of the keratin they use is poor and only lasted a few weeks before my hair went back to normal and I’ve been doing keratin treatments regularly since I was 15 (I’m 24 now). On top of that when it came time to pay I gave the lady a $20 tip and she didn’t even say thank you. Disgusting service, no wonder the price to do keratin here is so cheap.

Came here for a pedicure. Service was really nice and they offer you complementary drinks. Music it’s alright and they’re cool people in general. Will come back.

The receptionist doesn’t talk to the techs and they don’t give you what you asked for. Had to waste my time by having my nails redone. The techs are not consistent with their services. One tech give a wonderful pedicure and another just slaps some lotion on your feet. Will not be coming back here again.

I recently moved to this area and tried few different places for hair, eyelashes and nails. Could never find a place a was ok with and finally found Xtreme Salon. Jessica the best with nails, Ailin does a GREAT job with my hair and Jenny is the best in town with eyelashes. Horrible customer service. They never answer their phone even when you show them the calls youve made to them and the receptionist swears and lie to your face that shes had the phone on her all morning. Stay away from here, honestly. Theres lots of other salons within the same shopping plaza that are way better and the staff is nicer and accommodating.

NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR!! I was really thrilled to find a place that did cheap acrylic nails; however, after this experience I will go back to spending more for my nails. I had to wait a week to get an appointment. On the day of my appointment the receptionist called me twice and rudely spoke to me about being there on time because the place was hard to find. After arriving at the location the place was a mess. There were construction workers there during my appointment and there was not nearly enough space to walk around. If this isnt enough the lady who did my nails only spoke Spanish. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Avoid this place like the plague.Not to mention two days after I got them done the nail polish was already coming off on three different nails. Such a waste of time, money, and frustration.

Front deck staff nasty, never accepting walk in. Choosing clients by nationality (descrimination). Twice went walk in and telling me, they are full and after me people asked(I was in the front of salon) and they took that person. I requested one Beautician and she even lied to me that the person was not working, etc, etc, etc. No great experience at all.

As a consumer I have to say that I love shopping doing my hair makeup and nails also lashes etc but I have to express the I’ve never ever been so disappointed as I was when I walked in to this so call beauty salon with an appointment Mind you I waited and waited my appointment time came and went and so when I asked if anyone was going to take care of me I was told that I had to wait meanwhile by this time I had already waited 25 mins so I just got up and walked out as my time is way more important because am the customer with an appointment I urge you not to visit this place is very unprofessional also very dirty
