When I came in I told them I had acrylic powder polish. I waited over 30 minutes and was then told they dont have my polish color. Why would you not check this before making a client sit and wait. Idiocy and definitely unprofessional. That was a waste of my time with zero Fs given by staff.

The gal that did my nails was not very conversational and gave me dirty looks. Also she made me bleed and made my pinky nail wavy and not flat. Im not sure I would recommend this place at all. But the rest of the staff seen nice and the price was not unreasonable

Ive received great customer service each time Ive been here. Lauren has done a great job on my nails every time.

I was 8 minutes late due to construction. Lauren was laying on the couch with her child and told me because I was late, she couldn’t do my pedicure due to another appointment, but could do the manicure. No one ever came in after me, nor after the manicure as I sat out in the parking lot trying to find another salon to do a pedi. I wasted my time and gas. I won’t be back.

I had a great experience. I was able to call in the morning and schedule an appointment. I had a fill and polish. My nails and polish both look great. Very neat and tidy shop. Comfortable atmosphere and a very large selection of polish to choose from. Great experience.

A couple of months ago My husband paid for me to get my nails done as a gift and I went here. The first time I went the girl did a great job. But this time I was disappointed. The girls that were there spent more time texting on their phones and sliding through inappropriate songs on her phone. My nails ended up crooked and had a horrible look to them as they were uneven as well. Needless to say I will be finding somewhere else to go.
