The worst nails ever!

Used to be wonderful. Now technicians arent attentive. Had me sitting for 1/2 an hour before telling me about some random list that someone who had to be given directions to the place was mysteriously on. No worries taking my $120 a month business elsewhere.

I have been going here for about 4 years and love the service I receive. Although I no longer live in North Miami, I cant see a reason not to continue getting my nails done here. Comfortable sitting area while you wait and the salon itself is a nice size. Even when theyre busy, it is relaxing. Drama-free, reasonably priced services available. Never disappointed. 💖

My nails and feet needed some TLC so I had to go and take care of them. With all this pandemic going on I havent gone to the salon so today I did take care of my nails and my feet and she did a good job

The are kind of expensive but they treat you like royalty and do a very good job. I got my nails and feet done loved it and the place is nice and clean. I think I found a new nail place.

Worst customer service ever. Nail tech was very rude to my 9 year old daught nails. After I explained to her three separate times not to both my daughter nails or cut them she did it anyway once I left my daughter explained to her that her nails were not going to be cut short that they were just going to be polished my daughter repeatedly told her twice she told my daughter know she has to do it this way once I found out when I came back from the restroom I looked at my daughter nails and saw that they have been cut down all the way short my daughter was crying and the service and experience was one of a horrific experience I will never visit this place again and recommend no one visits for services

This was my second visit. The place was clean the decor was awesome. The staft was friendly and courteous. I will definitely come back again.

The owner Don has been my nail tech since I was 14yrs...im now 40yrs old & I have been beyond pleased with him since day one. Very professional, actually hes now like family!!

The place is clean and the gentlemen who did my pedicure did an amazing job.

*FYI: I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS.*So.. I just moved into town from NY a few weeks ago. I have been on the search for a nail salon since. After a few online searches, I came across a few salons that I wanted to visit. Fast forward - I walked out of ALL 3 salons. One place didn’t even greet me, the other literally told me to “grab a number and take a seat”, and the third place was packed to the door of people waiting and screaming kids. I ran out of there so fast! Finally, I came across D.L Nails just as I was going to give up. Was greeted promptly and politely. He asked what I was looking for - I advised a mani, pedi, and eyebrows. He lead me to my seat, and offered me a cold water bottle. Within seconds, my nail tech Alton came, helped me pick out my nail polish color and began working. The place is clean, cool, calm, and COLLECTED!! Not only did he do an AMAZING job, he was very personable and so were the other nail techs. I found me a nail home in Florida! If you visit, ask for Alton - I walked out of there with new hands and feet!

Every time I go here its always a good job done!!! The ladies here know how to take good care of their customers

If I could give this Nail Shop negative 100 stars, I would. I walked in there needing a full set and after putting the wrong sizes on my fingers, the man told me I couldnt get my nails done how I wanted, when I have been getting them done that way for over 5 years, in 3 different states. He basically told me he didnt want to do the extra filing. He abruptly got up without a word. Then came back and told me that he would take them off and to go somewhere else. This was simply the worst services I have ever gotten and Ive never felt so disrespected. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Its only three people I frequent here. Don (the owner, he doesnt do feet though), John (if you get him, he does it all), & Johns wife (she has her ways (attitude wise), but none the less, she is one of the best).

Ive been going here for years now and even prior to them moving to this location. Absolutely love how they are remodeling the place.

They cut every single one or my fingers and I bled on each one.

Ambient and location is nice only.

I wish i could give this place negative stars. One of the male technicans cut my toe after i had said it hurt. It was bleeding really bad and didnt even apologize. Then my friend who came along with us had a bad experience and another Technician hit on her because she looked...16! I usually dont do my nails but now i know i probably wont ever again. P.s. im from Boston so this out of town experience left a bitter taste in my mouth.

They are horrible when it comes to pricing...... Very misleading from the pricing board......Im still not understanding how i spent 70.00 for nail take-off, plain gel full set and a pedicure.

I went looking for a certain tech and they insisted they didnt know who i was speaking of. And its the owners wife i was looking for. I got a pedicure only to leave there and go have it redone at my regular nail salon. I will never go back
