I was waiting for over an hour to get a refill. They allowed people to come and sell things (which isnt a problem) but when these sellers are making transactions and their employees are talking loud, I did not hear my number. I brought it to their attention and the nonchalant attitude was kind of unprofessional. Instead, it couldve been a simple give us a moment, well be with you and I wouldnt have had a problem on waiting a little longer. I would dare spend a dime with these people......their customer service sucks

They have alot of people that work here and do a good job.. I have my nails, feet, eyebrows and lashes done here.

Temp check and sanitizer given at door. Customers are seated every other seat for pedi and mani. Cash only!!! Brows and lashes are also done here too

First time and best experience ever. I didnt even sit myself to wait. I was attended immediately. The service was fast and what I wanted. Coming back for sure! Recommended to everybody.

Been going to Florida nails for years with the Covid19 they are taking every precaution. Theres a long wait time about an hour depending on what is your need. But I guess that about average time.

Went here to get a overlay my gel polish was paint horrible ok i went back they repolish it a week later polish peeled off like if its an sticker smh and it was suppose to be gel polish at that...i remember going here back in the days they use to do a great job only thing that was done great was my pedicure from someone different

This price are really good and the nails are good but when it comes to pedicures they use the same scrubber and tools on everybody they just rinse the bowls they don’t scrub them and they only spray alcohol on nail clippers and other feet tools instrument need to be auto clave that how you get fungus and all type of other bacterial infections. Imagine the feet scrubber are to clean your feet and get dead skin off and that same scrubber is used for everyone disgusting !

First time here pedi with Juanita and acrylics with Mimi, both ladies did exemplary. My toes have ingrowns and she removed them with care. Mimi did my hands justice with three colors that flow together with cheer. Thank you for your professionalism and artistic abilities.

Safe to nail so beautiful hair that people that does your nails hear of their accountant and it is very nice and they do such a great job they will have your nails looking like a superstar

This place is nothing like it use to be. They are not friendly, their are language barriers, the prices have risen still within reason. The brother sister duo still reign supreme and all woman of latin descent. Just frustrated with them and will only go there in extreme nail or eyebrow emergency.

You literally wait 40 minutes for someone to start on your manicure or pedicure. Service is horrible. Then the Korean nail tech argues with me as to why I want my feet done first rather than my nails. Its constant yelling across the shop and the techs that speak Spanish feel like you dont understand what theyre saying so they curse and talk about people. Extremely unprofessional. First and last time to this place.

Terrible experienceI was going to do my nails, until I saw how the woman treated my sister. She was literally being rude and disrespectful, saying Youre going to need a manicure with an attitude followed by If you could even afford that. Meanwhile staring at her disrespectfully. I have never been so outraged. Not only did she disrespect her, but the fact that a medium set is $28 is ridiculous. I wouldnt have even given this place a star if I didnt have to, to write my review. ZERO STARS.

Got my nails done on Thursday and by next day they were falling off. By Tuesday all 10 nails were off.turns out the nail text rushed my nails and barely used proper material on my acrylic.

Most horrible experience ever it took them 45 minutes just to do a pedi because the tech kept playin in her phone and then they had people coming in selling stolen products and the tech stopped doin my feet to go see what the person had. I got my nails done ad well and none of the nails are even I completely left unsatisfied and told them I was not payin for my nails and bearly didnt wanna pay for my feet I dont advise this place to no one
