WORST SERVICE EVER! PEOR SERVICIO!This company took 2 months to get my package from Miami to Chile. When my package was delivered by a third party shipping company that they hired (Starken), my package arrive but my computer was missing! I contacted Eshopex and beside making me responsible for not checking the package when arrive, to contact the third party shipping company. Beside that they told me that I have to wait 1 week in order to get answers. There is someone call Maria in their team, and she has the WORST customer service ever. Please, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Customer service was amazing! Erik and Francisca went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with an eBay and PayPal scammer. Super responsive and critically effective at customer service, these two saved me, big-time!
