Incompetent-If I could give this place 0 starts I would. My husband and I have been to the Kendall location and it has been great services, and lots of information. We went yesterday to send a package. We go into the store around 1845 06:45PM, and there was a gentleman in the front so we just decided to finish packaging our box. When the gentleman was done, a lady came in and she went in front of us which was totally fine. The lady took her sweet time but whatever it was our turn, then when we finally get to the window after waiting for like 20 minutes the lady says oh, the system closes at 18300 or 06:30pm, the only reason it would work is if I would have had it open but I didnt like okay, couldnt she tell us that instead of having us waste our time? Like we do not work there it was impossible for us to know that the use a service that closes at 7pm. I dont know if its that the lady who was working does not care and we would have had no issues if she would have mentioned they couldnt take us after 1830 or 06:30PM. Incredibly disappointing.

Centro Envios is a company that has very affordable prices and excellent service in the Kendall area but seems to have higher prices in the Doral area. Confirm with the company if their prices are the same in all their branches, perhaps it is a misunderstanding.
