Terrible.My package has been missing for several days now, and nobody has helped me in locating it, which has expensive electronics. I should’ve taken my package to an actual USPS location instead of this place, which is actually only a drop-off location.Both times I’ve been here, only one other customer was in here. It took 20 minutes for me to even get serviced in here.

Rates increase continuously without prior notice and the worst are the surcharges they make per cubic foot, they are the only currier that charges for the use of freight lifts, 20 dollars a cubic foot for a sea shipment is too much, even if heavy cargo is abusive rate. The attention in Venezuela leaves much to be desired, they tell absurd lies, the staff does not have a run to make the deliveries, it does not go hand in hand with what they charge. I asked for my shipping invoices weeks ago and Im still waiting for them. Check rates before shipping with this company.

1 shipment of two boxes and one arrived all shattered, I made a claim and never got a response, as the days passed I went to make another shipment and I reminded them what had happened and they told me not to worry it will not happen again, when the boxes the same thing happened to me, one box arrived well and the other arrived all destroyed, I filed a claim and nothing is yet a date that they have not called me.

I can say that I got an excellent service, I sent two boxes, one to Caracas and the other to Margarita and they arrived in the established time and in perfect condition. 💯% recommended also the pick up service is a very good option in addition to the promotions they have in the shipments THANK YOU 😊
