DO NOT USE CARIBTRANS Logistics! I had my vehicle shipped from Houston, Texas to San Juan, Puerto Rico by CaribTrans Logistics, and I requested shipping damage insurance. When I received my vehicle in Puerto Rico, it had several thousand dollars in extensive damages to the rear hatchback, broken rear window, and rear quarter panel. I notified the representative from CARIBTRANS Logistics, Lino Padron, who came to see the damages and take photos. He informed me that they would file a claim for me with his company, but that they would pay for only $500 in damages because he FORGOT to add the insurance coverage to my shipment. Since then, he has avoided answering any of my calls and messages, and they have not reimbursed me anything. It has now been over a year that I have been trying to resolve this with CARIBTRANS. I would not recommend anyone using them, and I will never again use them.

Im very displeased with this company and their methods of solving issues.... Three weeks plus ago I had my barrel shipped out with this company but unfortunately instead of it being shipped to the designated destination it was shipped to another......This company refuses to give authorization to have my barrel released and shipped to the correct island and right now Im facing huge lost and unnecessary expenses.......I know no company is perfect mistakes do happen but depriving the customer from receiving their goods will not solve the problem but make it worst..... My clients are cursing me off cause they cant receive their ordered items all because of this company negligence....All they keep telling me is that they have to do investigations.....But why hold my goods captive.....just correct the issue let the company ship my barrel to me simple....Its long overdue release my barrel and continue investigating and creating methods to not have this repeated again....they need to improve on their customer service skills and also create a faster way in solving issues like this........I NEED MY BARREL CARIBTRANS COME ON!!!!!!!!! HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN ITS GETTING CLOSER TO A MONTH NOW WHEN I SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE MY BARREL IN TWO WEEKS... STOP JEOPARDIZING ME AND SEND ME MY BARREL.......
