First of all, I bought a groupon package, and spent 3 weeks calling to make an appointment but always would get told they were going to call me back. Finally I got to make an appointment after insisting. The place is clean and well taken care of. However not very friendly. But I didn’t care because I was there to just do my laser.They only work 3 days a week, and at the beginning it worked because I was free, but then I got a new job and since they don’t open Saturdays I was going to get out a little earlier on Fridays to get the last appointment of that day. The same day, I got a call that the lady that works on fridays was sick and was not going to be there, and wasn’t going to be there either for the next following TWO weeks. They say they would call me to reschedule. THEY NEVER called, and honestly I lost interest. Specially since they don’t open on Saturdays.I started now in another place, and I realized, they were KILLING me in this place. The new place I go uses the SAME laser, and it won’t hurt as bad as it used to hurt here. I would come out almost crying from this place, I don’t know if it was because of the hostile environment, or they were putting the laser settings way to high, but it was a traumatic experience.Their laser works, and its a clean place, just not friendly and convenient. Terrible customer service.

I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BUT THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED IS SO SO RUDE.I BOUGHT THE VOUCHER ON GROPUPON BUT I REQUESTED A REFUND.I WILL GO TO MIRACLE LASER BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS NOT SERIOUS.SHE REALLY HANG UP 2 TIMES AND THE 3 TIME SHE TOLD ME TO CALL IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DO THIS ?

I have done 4 sessions so far of laser hair removal and I have 4 left. The service at Advanced Medical spa is fantastic! Ramona is very knowledgeable and attentive. I 100% recommend advanced laser medical spa.
