Avoid this place at all cost! Bad attitude and worse customer service. Also they ask you a fortune for a very simple repair. They’re certainly giving themselves the 5-star reviews.

Santayana was amazing! I had such a challenge finding someone to make me custom wedding band in my area because of the way my ring was made. Rudy and his team, had no doubts about it. Everything from the size and the details on the ring were everything I asked for. I would highly recommend for anybody to visit them for your jewelry needs as they were trust worthy and easy to work with, even considering I do not live in the area. They made it and delivered it, right when they said they would. It was an exceptional experience!

Phenomenal experience, I’m suprised there aren’t more reviews, considering this is a family owned business for many decades. I came to fix two broken chains and walked out in 10 mins completely satisfied with one gold chain fixed and the other silver chain was Unsalvageable so I bought another great quality silver chain for a cheap price 👍🏻 . Nice ambience, and extremely friendly employees. Would definitely recommend and come again :)

My wrist was measured for the best size, the width of the bracelet was recommended, and the additional enhanced bracelet was suggested. All demonstrated to totally satisfy me.
