Have been a customer of Precious Jewelers since 2014. Was recommended by a friend. They are excellent to deal with. I had two rings customized for my nieces and the result was spectacular. Ive purchase other jewelry from them as well, had jewelry cleaned, batteries changed on different watches even watches that other places said it was very difficult to change with them it was a piece of cake. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I will never use another jewelers and also their prices are very affordable and the jewelry beautiful and excellent quality. This is definitely the place to go. 👏👏👏

Phenomenal customer service & quality products!! I have to say I was shocked at how incredibly sweet and helpful the staff were at Marilins. I walked in needing a chain to be fixed and I was greeted and helped. I then had a question about a bracelet for my husband and the staff went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect gift! My husband loved the bracelet! It came in so fast and was definitely priced fairly. They are amazing and can’t wait to continue doing business with them. Thank you!!!

I have been a customer of Precious Jewelers for many years. On my last visit, I guess it was the son (a man in his early 20s with frosted hair), was beyond rude. I brought in my Michele watch to be sized. I also had another watch that need a battery. He replaced the battery quickly but said the Michele watch was more complicated and if I could return in 2 hours. When I returned the Owner only gave only one linkk and that he would call the young man about the other link. A few days later, I returned and saw the same young guy at the desk, he said he gave it to me. Why would you give one of the two link back especially when you still have my $2000 watch with you. I told him I never gave it to me. I am very careful with these things. He screamed and called me a liar, told me to get the hell out and not to let the door hit me in the a••. If you go there make sure you dont deal with this young, rude, irresponsible and vulgar man.

If there were 10 stars I would give them. Family owned and they treat you as family; not to mention, the prices are very reasonable in comparison to other jewelers. They have a great selection of jewelry and will order anything else you are interested in. Frank, the jeweler, is excellent with repairs.

I never write reviews, but I had to write one for Precious Jewelers. I went in to finally get my ring sized after putting it off for a year. When I came in I was nicely greeted by Yessenia, and my ring measurement was taken (I didnt know it). I went with her choice in ring size, and she was not wrong. My ring was ready in just a few days, and fits perfectly! I am so happy with how quick and easy it was. I wish I would have gone sooner. Definitely recommend for anyone to come here.

SUPER FRIENDLY AND GREAT SERVICE! I brought in an Alex and ani necklace that needed to be repaired after a different jeweler told me that it would look ugly if it got fixed because there’d be a noticeable ball on the chain. I couldn’t even tell where it was broken before and the price was super cheap.

Ive been going to Precious Jewelers ever since the Gonzalez family took over, Ive known them since they first opened up their original store 23 years ago in Sunset. Theyve got a well reputation when in comes to handling repairs and are always seeking customer satisfaction. Im glad they opened up another store closer to my home.

Their staff is so wonderful and they take the time to help you find exactly want youre looking for. Best of all if you are looking for a specific piece they will make arrangements to help you find it. Very pleased with their service. The store has new owners who previously were there for more than 8 years. My husband went to this store to make a repair in my engagement ring, that I had for 32 years . One of the small diamonds fell and was lost . They would replace it and repair the ring as agreed . That was the week of mother day. During the last week of May the same thing happened, I lost the new diamond, so repair work supposed to fix this problem was not done appropriately. My husband went back to the store and talked to the owner and his daughter and both of them refused to accept any responsibility, pledging it was my fault. They argue I could have done it through a careless move by the use of my hands (??) . In 32 years never had issues with any rings . The acknowledge that they wont guarantee the work or what they did. My husband always trusted the previous owners who always guarantee their work, even when they replaced watch batteries . These new owners are not nice to our community of The Crossings. I never had any complain about any business in the last 23 years . Don t trust any business that does not guarantee their work. No stars /zero stars
