I have to say that working with Jared has been one of the best experiences I’ve encountered in locating watches that I thought were near impossible to get. To my great surprise the team at Jared was able not only quickly source the Omega watch that I wanted, but they were also able to hunt down a second Omega as well. Due to their quick thinking and fast action, I went from inquiring about the watches to purchasing them in less than 2 days. Great thanks go out to Matthew and Brenda for their locating assistance; and special thanks to store manager Victoria who went above and beyond to not only secure the first watch, but also quickly locate and acquire a second watch. From what I observed, Victoria’s customer-centric leadership seems to have effectively trickled down to her staff, and this has created a trusting experience that will make me come back for more. Keep up the good work Jared!

I recently visited Jareds located on Kendall and 122 ave to repair my husbands necklace and bracelet. I was initially taken care of by Emma Borzillo. She was thorough. She looked up my account and identified the piece that needed to be repaired. She located the piece and stock number. She verified the price of the repair. I wasnt ready to leave it that day. She went ahead and took a picture of the printout that indicated the piece and its stock number, so that it was on my profile. She scheduled my appointment for return.Upon returning to store, I was greeted by Brenda Dargan. She received my jewelry and completed the process. I was told that it would be ready by Friday, so that I could have it in time for Fathers Day.When I returned that Friday, I was told that my jewelry would not be ready until Monday (the day after Fathers Day). I was also told to wait until I received the email. When I receive the survey in my email, I responded as a general feeling about the entire process. I do not want this to reflect negatively on any one. Both sales people were extremely cordial, knowledgeable, and professional. They offered great customer service.

Went to Jareds with my wife to get her a ring that she likes for her birthday. Vicky helped my wife pick the ring that she loved without breaking a hole in my pocket lol while I sat back and watch our kids. She was professional and super helpful with everything. The staff also gave my wife advise on chosen her ring. Definitely recommend this place for any jewelry desires. Go see Vicky and her staff. They are the best.

I wanted to purchase an unique set of earrings for my daughter. After an exhaustive search, I spoke to a helpful Jared associate online. I was directed to contact a Jared store in Miami. I had the good fortune to speak with Jared associate, Stanley. He searched for quite awhile and he told me that although the inventory showed that there was 1 set left, it couldn’t be located. Stanley said that he would continue to look and get back to me. I was very disheartened and started to look for an alternative gift. Three days later, Stanley called to let me know that he found the earrings in a mislabeled package! What a wonderful surprise! I greatly appreciate Stanley’s kindness and perseverance to help me get the earrings to Illinois in time for Christmas. Stanley went above and beyond to make this holiday extra special for my daughter and me. Thank you, Stanley!!

First things first, I never go out of my way to write a review. If you ever pass by go directly to Emma. She is a ray of light. She makes you feel like home.The moment she welcomed my boyfriend and I in she was kind. I had come into the store with 3 issues and before you know it she was kind enough to go in depth to make sure I had a smile on my face. We need more associates like her who are compassionate, understanding, and more importantly loving. You can tell she cares about the customers. She is a keeper. If I ever have a problem or want to buy something I will 100% go to her. Also, Tony was also kind and attentive. He was generous enough to order me a new bracelet I had to exchange. They are both wonderful people. I’m glad they attended me. Will most definitely be coming back. Amazing experience.

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring at Jared’s of Kendall and not only is my ring gorgeous!!! But I feel like I have a safe and reliable place to bring my precious ring to. I’m really disappointed in Jared’s. My father purchased an engagement ring for his fiancé last week and went back to have it sized a few days later. When he returned the associate that was helping him was nice and accommodating. After a few moments he turned the reins over to his manager. She started to help him but not shortly after another couple walked in and her attention went straight to them. She asked my father to take a seat and will be with him momentarily. Well momentarily turned into 45 minutes of wait time. Once he realized she was never coming back he requested a refund. Keep in mind she would glance at him from time to time. Providing exceptional customer service is important (from the beginning of the sale to closing). Unfortunately Jared’s dropped the ball.

Its a nice jewelry store, with a good selection of watches they offer Omega, tag Heuer, Bremont,Longines, Tudor,Raymond Weil and Movado also offering some used Rolex, good selection of diamonds with moderate to expensive prices. Customer service is good 👍🏻they used to give customers coupons accordingly the the purchase price on watches but not anymore.

Ok so reaching them by phone is not easy but when you have an appointment set in stone, the customer service is great. If you walk in without an appointment, you will be standing there waiting for a while. So heads up on that. I gotta say that Ive been very happy with all the purchases I have made here. What separates Jareds from any independent jewelers like the ones at the Seybold building, is the lifetime warranty that they offer. If you bring your diamond every 6 months to get serviced, they guarantee your diamond for life. You cant get that kind of warranty at the small independent jewelers. And let me say, that kind of guarantee, really gives me a piece of mind when wearing my diamonds on a daily basis. That ladies and gentlemen, is what keeps me coming back to Jareds for all of my jewel purchases.

I was very disappointed after my last visit to Jared. I went to have my wedding rings clean and the representative from Jared was very negative and put so many obstacles for me. He told me upfront that couldn’t find my ring on his new computer system and that I was going to be change. So why do you purchase a warranty on a wedding ring? Thank god he found my rings but never really told me until I asked, such a rude person. Also, I went with the idea of having a custom necklace done since the one I had done before was stollen from my house. When I was telling the man that I want it the same necklace done due to the robbery he told me immediately that I had to pay for the new one. Of course I had to pay for a custom jewelry, what did he thought? That I was going to have another necklace for free?? And finally, after talking to some people in the back of the store, he came to me and told me that those $150 dollars I paid for the necklace did not exist anymore. Now the amount of money I had to pay for the necklace was going to be triple because silver necklace was very expensive these days. Anyways he told me to write down the names I want on the necklace and to come back in 3 days to pick up my wedding rings and then I will know how much will cost me the custom silver necklace I want. I really don’t recommend to anyone to go to this place!!! What a negative experience.

I left the ring at the store for resizing on 01/26/20. I was told it would be ready for pickup on 01/28/20 after 7 pm. I went back to the store to pick up the ring today (01/30/20). When I arrived at the store, the sales associate could not locate my ring. After looking for it throughout the entire store, for approximately 25 minutes, she was able to locate it. Then, she realized they had not performed the resizing on the ring, so she took it to the jeweler to have the work done. She asked me to wait for 5 minutes. 30 minutes after, I was still waiting for the ring to be resized. After the work was completed they had to take pictures of the ring in order to capture the code on the diamond. She tried for several minutes but she could not get a decent picture of the code. It was late at night and they had the doors of the store locked. I asked to be let out of the store because I had forgotten my phone in the car and I had to let my fiance know I was still at the store dealing with so much incompetence. I was told by the store manager that I could not leave the store because they were not allowed to let people in and out of the store at time. Several minutes after the ring was returned to me. If its not beacuse I purchased the service warranty for the ring I would not set foot on that store ever again. Im definitely not giving Jared new business.

I ordered my wedding ring at the Kendall location and the day I was supposed to pick it up they told me that i was not going to get it until December, being my wedding in November. They offered me a golden plated for the meantime so I can get married and then exchange it!!! Part of the ritual of the marriage is the blessing of the rings, why would I bless the wrong ring! Now, just a few days before my wedding I have to pick another ring with not many choices to choose from... I’m very disappointed

Literally the jewelry store ever. If you didnt buy your ring there DO NOT go there cause they dont care if your ring gets messed up even if its their fault. I took my ring to get sizing beads because i didnt want it totally resized. When i went to pick it up, they resized it instead of putting sizing beads and then it was a long battle to get a refund because they didnt want to do any more work to fix it. 2 years later and now my ring has cracked in half where they welded it back together after resizing and they refuse to do anything to correct it.

At first I wasnt too sure if Jareds (Kendall location) would be the place for me, Im used to shopping at reeds, but Im glad i did because the customer service was beyond anything I would have ever expected. The cappuccino was delicious. Never been to a jewelry store and have them offer cappuccinos. Overall, it was such a Welcoming environment. I am happy shopping there and will definitely be back for my next gift giving occasion.

I haven’t had an issue here until today but what just happened really upset me. I left my engagement ring for a cleaning a few days ago and today when I went to pick it up I was told they could not find my fiancé or my name in the system (basically saying they don’t have my ring). In a panic, I called my fiancé and he came in to find out what happened. As soon as he came in they asked for his name and then gave him the ring. What upset me is they made me feel as tho they did not have my ring when I know for a fact they did. Overall I have had many good experiences and by no means was it all the sales reps but this one rep definitely boiled my blood.

Horrible experience. I was not greeted at the door for starters. Parking is blocked off by cones. The store was NOT even full. After walking around for about 25 minutes, I approached the guard at the door. Which doesnt seem he knows what he is doing. With out even saying hello, he asked me if I got a transponder (in order to know when it would be my turn). It is truly incredible that I looking to spend money, and this is the service I get.

I paid for lifetime protection/repair on my wedding ring but I cant get it fixed because there is never anyone at the repair counter and the wait for the rest of the staff is too long. Horrible. Do not go to this one. Associates including management are very rude. Ive been there 4-5 different times thinking person #1 was just having a bad day. Then happened again with a different person on another day, then with the manager also on a diffetent day. Long story short, if you want to have a good experience and enjoy your time looking at things and buying, go to the one in Pembroke Pines.

Really bad customer experience overall. I had to wait and wait until I (The customer) asked for help, and when prompted the sales rep took for ever to come back to me. I spent over 8K because my wife wanted something that she liked from there...I wonder what kind of service I would get if my purchase was less than 1K. I will just keep them for the high credit they give you as a good support for your credit score.Maybe it is just this store...so, I will try Fort Lauderdale or Aventura next time.

Waited for 25 minutes with no help. The store itself was not busy it was just that 4 employees were trying to order food behind the counter.

Well! Every time I walk in Im always greeted with friendly faces, yet my favorite all time associate is Yazmin Binder(hope I spelled her name correctly)!!! Yazmin is not only friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable but a person who sees YOU and she remembers you! She is simply AMAZING!!! SUPERB!! Wont do business with anyone else. Thank you Yazmin, youre the best!!!
