I changed my fossil watch battery here on 22-May-2021 (after using the watch for 3 years). After the battery was replaced, I noticed the next day that one of the small dial from the left side fell off. When I went there to get it checked, they refused to take responsibility and mentioned that I have to pay for the repair. I regret not waiting for the battery replacement to be done in the nearby FOSSIL dealer (because they didnt have the battery available at that time). Today I replaced another FOSSIL watch battery in the FOSSIL shop and they charged me $10, with 6 month warranty for the battery and the replacement was done in 5 mins. This place charged me $15 (taking 45 mins to do the job, without any warranty for the battery) and broke my watch too.

Ive been looking for a Jeweler that could replace the battery on my Citizens Blue Angels edition, (my watch came out before Citizen started using Eco-Drive technology). The Service by the store manager was exceptional well. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store to others.

I brought my bulova watch to get a battery. They said they can fix it. The face of my watch had diamonds/Crystals all in perfect condition. When I got my watch back one diamond damaged another partially damage. Told them about it and they said its impossible they couldnt have damage it. They Offered to fix but the repair man was away for another week and they would have to send it out for repair which could take a week, they must be kidding me, I paid the $16 for the battery and walked out as I would not give them my watch and then they would tell me its lost. They just are not honest people. They have great jewelry and prices but shady and dishonest. Not a good way to do business.

I purchased a chain and cross there the experience was fine the women who helped me was helpful, after verbally completing the deal, and walking towards paying I remembered that I brought a bracelet that I needed adjusted and links taken off I asked the women if she could adjust it for me and take off the links she said she had a jeweler on hand that can do it for me and I asked her if it could be part of the deal for the jewelry I was purchasing, she said nothing so I assumed that was a yes she then rang me up for the necklace and cross I bought and then gave her the bracelet and she asked me to come back in 20 min, which I did when I came back it was fine the bracelet fit fine when I asked for the links that were taken off she said she kept them and that’s y there was no charge, my issue with the situation was it was shady on her part to do that without saying she was going to keep my gold links.which I figured she would and is y I asked for the links, instead of being clear on what her intentions were with my Jewelry she tryed to pull a fast one on me, then ultimately charging me for the job she made seem she would do as a courtesy for me for buying jewelry at her store, that was my understanding of what happened, somewhat disappointed at the end there, and what I feel could have been avoided if she was upfront with me from the beginning

It seems to me that they are scammers but the worst thing that is in this city I bought an engagement ring for my fiancée and after 3 days a stone fell without hitting her or doing anything strange when I took it to have it fixed me They said that next time I had to pay for the settlement and that this was going to be done in 3 or 4 days and it has been over a week now and they have not fixed the ring yet and when I call to find out what happens they tell me not to They know when it will be ready and I told them to give me my money back for the bad service they are doing and they told me that they did not accept returns. Conclusion that I did not recommend the place to anyone bad merchandise and liars when giving information to customers
