10 years paying for internet in different countries and different ISPs. First time I’m having a 48h outage. “We have dispatched a technician” standard answer. I hope he/she brought water and food. What is really good though for the service is that you can cancel any time. I will before the technician finds the problem. Don’t even bother to try.

Service unreliable as it disconnects with heavy rain. In Miami that is a problem. Customer service response is - they they are addressing this - it’s been at least 6 months of the same.

Webpass and Google did an amazing job. ATT was unable to run the cable after sending 4 tech and having to reschedule multiple times. Julio and Will were amazing they perform the job in less than 30 minuted and patch and label all my cables. Thank you guys for the amazing work.

No response. In a 50 apt. building we tried to get google fiber internet service. Someone came out from the company but there was not followup. Email and phone messages were not returned. Good thing we did not get there service! With such deaf customer service wed be in trouble. STAY AWAY FROM IT!

I’ve been needing a faster internet connection for months, working from home since the pandemic had been a struggle; transferring huge work related files daily. Webpass blazing up and download speeds is making my life a lot easier. Tech and installation support were on point. Wish I’ve made the change months before when I first heard about this ISP, Thumbs up!!!

Been without internet service for several hours. Their customer service is closed until 6am west coast time. Thats absurd for a service like this; support needs to be 24/7.

Good speed when it works. But heavy rain will make the Internet service go down. When asking them how could this be possible on a fiber network, they confirmed that they use an hybrid microwave and fiber network. Turns out that heavy sporadic rain is very usual in South Florida. So the service is very unreliable. They have done nothing to fix it in a year of having the service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The internet goes out every time it rains... Like its 2020, really? Go get yourself some AT&T or something.

Had to turn my WiFi off on my phone to write this review. Gave a second star because when it’s not raining it’s absolutely awesome and fast. However we live in Miami - that means rain every day (on and off) all summer (3-4 months).NOTE: how can a fiber optic service go out EVERY time it rains?? Completely unacceptable and incredibly irritating. Other ISPs are offering similar speeds so we will be making the switch soon (probably in the morning).

If you can avoid this service provider. It never works and customer service is horrendous

This is rediculous. They shut me off during the quarantine saying that there is too much traffic absorbed. Everybody locked up at their homes and what can you do else... Moreover my service agreement is for the unlimited traffic. Horable, especially during these hard times.

Great speed but poor customer service and every time theres rain the internet goes down for someone that works from home i rather have the reliability from AT&T than the speed of webpass.

This is possibly the worst internet service provider on the planet. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with them. Save yourself the headache

The reliability of this service is unacceptable. On several occasions since Ive been a customer service has been interrupted. Today, download speed is a mere 0.1 Mbps. When I called and after waiting forever for a rep (as always), Im told that the reason is because of the rain. Well I live in Miami...it rains here all the time, and its not ever raining anymore!!!Im going back to AT&T as much as I hate them

My service went down ..called for support and received message their offices are closed. Hours say 4 am Pacific time..it is now 530 am Pacific time. I rely on this for work. I am cancelling and I urge you to take this into consideration if thinking of switching. At least Xfinity has support.

Webpass has honestly been the best internet company I have ever worked with. I have super fast internet that is always reliable except for during the occasional heavy rain (when it only goes out for a minute or 2 max). They have helped me on the phone figure out issues with my router which was on my routers end and not even their internet. Theyve always been easy to get ahold of. This is the first time Ive ever written a review for my internet company lol but thats how much I appreciate Webpass! Worth every penny

Very unreliable and has many protocol incompatibilities that make the service useless in some cases. Ive even found entire IP ranges that their network cant reach which makes some websites impossible to connect to.Customer service is also a joke by the way.I work in IT for over a decade and what I heard from customer service at WebPass was so ridiculous that it was hard to believe.I had to go back to Comcast, then AT&T even though I really didnt want to, but at least Comcast and AT&T provide the service I pay for.I do not recommend WebPass to anyone, except those who really dont do much with their internet (youd be better off with another provider even in that case). By the way, real world speed test made side by side with other providers show how horrible their service is.

When service was hooked up initially, speed was around 350 Mbps. Past year or so dropped to 92 Mbps. I think their equipment is limiting speed to 100 since that is the link state as per my router. It used to be a 1 gigabit link state.Update:. I replaced cable from wall Jack to router. Link state is 1 gigabit Speeds back up to 250 Mbps again. Check those cables. I guess they degrade?update: Speed went back down again. Must be equipment for degrading line problem. Still, 100 Mbps is not bad for 60 a month.

If your building offers it jump on it. No hassles The cost does not change every month. Esay to talk to customer service and as long as I dont have to use Comcast thats worth it all. You get a lot more for your money and you are trates as a customer. Like the oldfashion way.

First of all, Sanders is a rock star. He was 20 minutes early to our appointment, unheard of for Miami! The installation took him well under an hour, he was as friendly and professional as anyone can possibly be; he was also expertly knowledgeable and happy to answer questions while he was installing the service. 5 Stars to Sanders alone! Now for the service, guys, this is basically Google fiber, and yeah, its as good as advertised. No fees of any kind, no contract, no bull, and Im now getting 5X the speed I was getting with Comcast for $14 less a month; I did a speed test and no BS, I got well over 90 download and upload respectively.Ive been researching and following this company for about 2 years, eagerly awaiting until they offered it in my building; when I saw the flyer I immediately signed up. This is a no-brainer, dont even think about it, if your building offers Webpass you have to switch; everything about it is better than Comcast and AT&T, literally everything, customer service, tech service, speed, quality, up time, no data caps, no throttling, no fees, taxes, contract, and theres also no modem to deal with, just a cable straight from your wall to your router. Not sure what that Anonymous User is talking about when it comes to VOIP or what kind of weird VOIP service they are using; Ive used at least four different VOIP services since I got it and they have all worked perfectly.

Be very wary of this company. They offer great speeds, but at a cost. Their network has incompatibilities with certain types of traffic, one of which is VOIP. I am able to use VOIP service on my same computer from an alternate location, and it works fine. When I use my home webpass connection, my VOIP suffers from significant packet loss, even when directly connected to the wall (absent a router). Webpass refused to appropriately troubleshoot the issue, absolved themselves of responsibility, and told me to cancel my service if I didnt like it. They refused to do so much as even sending a technician out to troubleshoot the issue. If you are someone who depends on an internet connection to run a business, someone who remotely access office servers from home, or a gamer who depends on low packet loss for that competitive edge, stay far, far away from this company. I never thought I would say this, but im actually considering switching to comcast at this point. Thats how bad it is.

Best internet service. $60 flat, a month, no startup or cancellation fees. 1 free month. I was getting around 900 mb a sec with an ethernet cable. ATT fastest speed was only giving me about 25mb a sec.
