Horrible horrible experience with AT&T internet. Signed up for a package program with the fastest internet available. Only to later be told upon installation, that the internet service I signed up for is not available in the area I live. Then why did they offer me the service to begin with? Now I’m stuck with all of the disconnect and equipment return fees, for no service provided. Avoid at all costs.

I dont know who lied to At&t but they are not a service provider. In order to be a provider you actually have to give what you say your offering.

Never get att internet just spent a week with no internet because this company doesnt know how to troubleshoot or provide internet

So I purchase their internet package which Claims to download up to 1000 megabits per second paying as much as $100 a month. When I tell you that the highest speeds ive received is 140 megabits, im not lying and as slow as 40 megabits. Im done with this service and find it hard to leave a review for this company

Horrible. I have many years with ATT, very poor Internet, after complaining several times and finally someone supposedly came to fix it, it has gotten worse, now it comes and goes. People who came to check gave their phone numbers and did not answer, a total lack of respect. We are ready for change
