Really great people to work with. When I have a concern I feel it is taken seriously and dealt with very quickly. I love that the people I talk to on the phone are also the ones who come to my home so I actually know them. Great guys. Great internet speeds for a really good price. Tech 5 Internet out of Miami, OK was our internet provider for a little over a year while we lived in Baxter Springs, KS. We didnt have any issues with them at all. Very good people to work with.

Have been having problems for the past 4 months almost. Constantly in and out of service. Pay for their biggest package for gaming and not even able too use it. Have called multiple times and had several techs come out and nothing can be found wrong. We have got a new router and radio and we still have the same poor quality service. It will work for a week or 2 then right back too the same poor quality. Worked fine when we started services a year ago.

Anytime we have ever had any issue, and all were very minor things, they have always had the issues diagnosed and fixed within minutes. Very professional business from top to bottom.

Customer service over the phone was great. Answered all the questions I had. The installer was courteous and got the job done. Internet is working great so far and the pricing is quite fair!

Terrible service. Internet always goes out at least once a week or more. customer service over the weekend is trash. I always ask if it is a tower issue and they say no and transfer me to different dept to troubleshoot just to tell me that a tech will have to come out . Just to call me Monday and see if it’s still not working and tell me it’s a tower issue .. they have no techs that can come out over the weekend so basically you set at home without Internet

I absolutely love Tech5! Ive had them for a week now. Never had a problem with the service. I always have at least one TV streaming and wifi going on a phone or 2. Never slowed down or problems loading. Not to mention phone calls to see if we are having problems with the internet. Plus the pricing is excellent!

This is one of the best and cheapest internet services Ive ever had. If not THE best one. Everything in their website is 100% true. I dont know which is faster...The internet itself or how quickly they came and installed it. Plus everyone Ive talked to, face to face or over the phone, were really nice. For real, Tech 5 is where its at...i also like the name a lot.

I had a problem not being able to connect witch turned out to be my fault . Made an appointment for folling Monday but they showed up that day and took care of it. They were very nice about it.

These people at Tech 5 are very friendly and they are always on the spot on fixing anything that needs to be done i have had them for 1 yr now and never had a problem with them getting out to my house to fix anything usually its the same day or the next day. Thank you Tech 5 employees for being on the spot and working so fast

Have had service a couple of years and very pleased with speed and access.

They were setting up neighbors internet I asked them if they could set us up and did with in the same day. So far its pretty good interne . I would recommend if you can get their services.

They will drill holes in your house without land owners permission.
