My favorite place to play basketball in Miami are the indoor courts here. But they’re closed due to covid :(The outdoor courts outside are open though. There’s always a crowd. The people here are competitive which makes it fun. Half court is the norm and no lights at night yet

Best indoor courts near downtown Miami. You do have to pay to play inside but its worth it. Outdoor court as well and a park for the kids.

This gym was very near to my house, so I chose to get fit in this place. It was my first time enrolling and having a fitness session in their gym. I got amazed when they had all the equipment needed for different body goals. It was exclusively for women. The coach was very enthusiastic. I had a day with their service.

OK little gym. staff is accommodating and helpful. overcrowded and under stocked. dumbbells all over the floor but earlier than 6 pm youll find an empty, useful little gym. for basic workout price is v. good. & a good area near the park and water where you can have your post w/o meal and watch the boats, fishermen, and manatees.

Im not a resident from the area, but the people are very nice. The place looks clean and spacious. The outdoor basketball court is under the bridges. Its well shaded. I actually had fun playing basketball indoors. The floor is well kept that my Kyries flytrap had a great grip; allowed me to explode for maximum speed. AC is top notch-- I barely lost any stamina while playing hard in the court.The weight room is at the 1st floor, indoor basketball at the 2nd. Thats cool to me.Day pass is $3 for residents, $7 for non residents. You can even borrow their ball in exchange for your i.d.Parking is free outside.

Its a good basic gym. Youre not going to have all the machines of a large gym but if you know a few exercises with dumbells and barbells and like the treadmill, ellipticals and stationary bike, its more than enough. Plus you have basketball courts and fitness area where you can play your favorite HIIT routine on the second floor. If you are a city of Miami resident, the price cant be beat.

They are remodeling! Hopefully once all the dust settles the gym will be even better than before. Looks like they are putting new bathrooms. They already have new treadmills up. The membership comes with towel service.

Yesterday, Saturday, September 24 around 6:00 pm I was bullied with my wife and twelve-year-old son by some young people on the basketball courts outside but inside the perimeter area of ​​the building. To my surprise, both reception employees at that time handled the complaint I made about the harassment very badly and unfortunately they do not have security personnel who can avoid unfortunate situations. I believe that the places managed by the city for the enjoyment of the family should follow the same driving protocol that is available for schools.
