I came with a group of 5 girls and it was a last minute decision to come to the spa. The staff was very accommodating and was able to squeeze us in and even advised us on better pricing options.We all had different services, because they couldn’t accommodate all 5 massages, but each of us were happy with what we got. We had 3 massages, 1 detox facial and a body scrub.The massages were extraordinary!!! I had a deep tissue massage and my friends got flow.Their sauna is lovely! Like I said, our services were not at the same time and we spent a good amount of time in the sauna, and it was amazing. I wish we knew about the sauna sooner.By the end of the service the nice lady at the check out gave us all a discount card for our next stay.Highly recommend and I will be coming back!!!

It’s way over priced and definitely not worth it. They also charged a tip that I did not authorize after I already felt robbed! Ended up paying $420 for a regular couples massage and a measly bottle of water. Never again!

Great fitness membership. Pauline and Abigail have the best barre classes and not to mention very good music playlists . The entire staff there is very friendly and professional.

I just finished a yoga class here and it was honestly the best class Ive had in a long time, if not ever. The class was with Irena but I believe she said she normally teaches at the Bal Harbour location. It was challenging and very unique, not the same as every other class with the same layout. She incorporated the possibility for inversions for those who wanted to include that in their practice which I really love because I love being able to practice inversions with a teacher present. She gave me quite a few corrections which I personally LOVE and find super helpful. She had a really great vibe. I feel so relaxed and well stretched and worked. I cant speak for all of the classes but Yoga Flow with Irena gets a 10/10 from me!

I visited the spa during Spa Month to celebrate a friends birthday. Our package included a 1-hour Yoga class, use of the spa amenities as well as hotel pool which is very convenient to Spa in the same level as well as a restaurant. The spa amenities are limited to the coed sauna and the lockers/dressing area. I didnt see a jacuzzi. The facilities are OK, lockers are crammed and a bit dated. My therapist Leslie was very professional and pleasant. I really enjoyed my massage. However, I requested a breast wedge and to my surprise I was told they didnt offer any. She attempted to use towels to make me more comfortable which was OK but not 100% relaxing. When I asked the front desk at check-out I was told the spa did offered them but the therapist was there on a temporary basis from another spa that was under renovations and she wasnt familiar with the spa equipment. In my opinion, this is the managements fault for not instructing their personnel what equipment is available and where to find it. In addition, room therapy #6 where I received the treatment has very poor insulation and I could hear lots of chatter, doors opening, carts being rolled and various noises that really distracted me from the experience. I was told the adjacent room doesnt belong to the spa but Im sure this is not the 1st time someone has complaint about it and nothing has been done to remedy the situation. An inexpensive plug-in water fountain could easily be added to the room to drown the noise. Overall it was a great day as I was with my best friends sharing the experience but Im not sure I will return to this spa in the future or recommend it to friends/family. For the price, I have had better spa experiences.

Affordable, skilled massage therapists, nice vibe There was easy metered street parking on Rowena. The tea and fruit afterward is always a nice touch.

Very accommodating when making the appointment. My wife reports that the facial was good, but the massage was mechanical and unpleasant (we get massages at least once/week). Also puzzled when I asked to see her during her session and was told NO. Just a strange experience all the way around. Shouldve stuck with the Ritz where the experiences have been stellar so far.

I took a restorative yoga class here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff at the front desk were very nice, although they forgot who I was by the time I had walked out. The instructor was great - she was knowledgeable and provided great guidance throughout the entire workout. I felt so relaxed and stretched out by the end it was completely worth the trip.

I had an incredible experience with Denise at Exhale. The first massage in the morning was so amazing that I had to return for two more treatments on the same day. Amazing place with very friendly and lovely staff. Denise is a gem, look after her.

Dont expect much. I was disappointed at both the quality of service and the venue itself. Don’t expect anything known to be used during the spa. They use their own stuff. The towels were old. Don’t get me wrong. The place didn’t stink, but the ambience wasn’t optimal for spa. Additionally, the lady applied too much force when I repeatedly asked her to tone it down. Needless to say, I didn’t walk out feeling better.I had booked the package with a class, but I wasn’t offered one. It is cheaper bc of spa month but don’t expect much.

Carla gave me a great manicure. Not hurried at all, pleasant conversation, felt where I had a rough spot in my nail that would catch, and didnt leave it until she was satisfied. A little pricy, but on par with other hotel-type spas.

This is easily the most expensive massage I have ever had, at $150.00, with 20% off. That having been said, the massuesse, Micheal G. was phenomenal. He did deep tissue massage, was great about adjusting pressure when I told him it was too much or too little.The spa cum fitness center is located in the hotel Epic, very much a place where people go to be seen. The spa itself is very restful and loaded with amenities: robes, slippers, amazing towels, sauna, spacious showers (rain showerheads) with their own line of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and restrooms that are top of the line, again with their own brand of soap and hand lotion.Definitely consider Exhale massage if you are looking for pampering in a spa environment.

Not a good experience. I bought a voucher for an hour massage through gilt. The manager didn’t understand the terms and conditions and charged me an additional $61. They were unhelpful and ignorant of their corporate promotions. And they will keep you on the phone 20 minutes trying to upsell. Kimpton should cancel their contract.

I had difficulties logging in to my account for class reservations on line. Barbie assisted me with re setting the passwords and scheduling all my classes. Very polite, efficient and a true example of what customer service should be ! (she was the only one out of 3 calls I made to both South beach and Downtown locations).

I had a bad experience. The person at the desk, her name is Anaisa, was very unfriendly and rude. After i finished with the acupuncture and the pedicure i gave her my gift document and she told me that the tip was 20% or $80.00, but the total that i consumed was $220.00. So, 20% of $220.00 is not $80.00 she got upset and told me then $60.00 tip. I had to run to another appointment and paid the $60.00. It was not a pleasant experience at all.

This is the second time I have been to this Spa, and it will be my last. The cost of treatments is pretty steep and that’s before auto grats

I used to be a member in their NY location, and when I moved to Miami there was no doubt which gym I would choose. You wont find better fitness classes than those offered by Exhale. This location is somewhat smaller than the NY ones, and the gym equipments are not the most optimal, but you dont need them, the classes are enough. The view of the location is beautiful.

I’ts unacceptable that massage therapists are doing nothing, and I have to wait 2hrs to receive a massage. Frontdesk employees are very rude. I will write to American Express; they have the right to know they are wasting money on lazy employees.

Front desk was very rude and unfriendly, and they had very poor customer service. The complete opposite of a relaxing and pampering experience! Keep away!!!

Bright and clean studio with great views! Must take Pauline’s barre class, most fun and challenging barre class I’ve ever had and I am a frequent barre class goer at Exhale’s NYC locations! Better than the other Exhale locations in the Miami beach & Bal Harbour area.

Two stars are only because my massage therapist and esthetician were nice and the spa was well appointed. Needless to say the scrub and the shower took up almost my entire hour, so there was very little massaging that took place. Then the esthetician said I was signed up for the after sun treatments which would be more and I told her that isn’t what I chose! Good thing she double checked before just proceeding like the masseuse did.Check out was by far the worst service! Brendan C. checked me out and asked if I’d like to provide the recommended gratuity of 20% for each therapist, of course I said yes which should have been $20 each (since my package was $199). NOPE! He charged me the 20% on the original package price of $340 (which by the way I didn’t know about as the package was listed on SpaFinder and he of course neglected to inform me. Before I could tell him I had a SpaFinder gift card he rapidly swiped my credit card and then had an attitude saying multiple times “this sucks” because he had to refund my card and do it all over again.I love locally and honestly with all the other available spas also within walking distance I’m not sure I’ll be going back here.
