First - I only go on weekends 1-4 pm to avoid being in a crowded gym. I started membership 3 months ago, during the tour I saw people without masks. I joined, APP touch less check-in is very convenient.The gym is very clean; however, I always have the same problem in Miami- weights all over the place. Usually men leave HEAVY WEIGHTS on machines, impossible for someone like me to pick up & put back. So I cannot use certain machines because of this, I had to beg a few people to remove weights. It’s just plain selfish to think other people cannot use certain equipment. That’s one issue.There is a HUGE speaker by the front desk, young lady turned up the volume at 2 pm to the point I couldn’t even listen to my own music or hear myself think. I had to go there & scream at the top of my lungs to tell her to please lower the volume. Completely unacceptable! The gym is NOT A NIGHT CLUB! And everyone is not 20 yrs old.95% of members never wore masks during the height of the pandemic. No social distancing, people heavy breathing on top of each other. The people at front desk said, we tell them to wear masks. That’s what really discouraged me from continuing this membership.

Its not a 24 hours gym at all, its open 5am-11pm, so stupid!

Great Place. Convenient, Clean and All the Employees are Very Friendly & Helpful. And Now the Basketball Court, Jacuzzi, Pool & Sauna are OPEN

I love how clean the gym is, a few months ago it wasn’t so clean but now I love how spotless it is. The only reason I’m giving it a 3 it’s because of the staff and the manager there, they shouldn’t be working there, they have no manners and are very rude and I feel like they don’t want to be there and like push customers away.

The one at Doral, Front desk guys not professional at all, they just put music extremely loud and you are no even able to listen your own music . Very dirty everywhere! Sanitizer spray always empty and none refill them, none re racks Weight … place is a mess !!! Avoid this gym !

Its great place but now the hours have changed. I start work early so I like to get my workout early. This is a bummer. The one in Miramar still opens at 5am. Why the sudden change of time to open? Come on open up at 5am like your other locations!!!

Incredibly crowded at all times, even 5-6am, do not recommend you have to wait for every machine but cardio.

I tried the club on a guest pass and was appalled at what I witnessed. Went in at 6:30AM and the club was quite crowded. Unlike the other two gyms I belong to, all equipment was available for use and none was blocked off for social distancing. That got me a bit uneasy as members were a bit too close for comfort. But what I did notice which made that situation incredibly worse is that many, and I mean many members were using their masks to cover their chins only. I saw exposed noses all over the place and some members even pulled the masks even further down below their mouths. All it takes is one person with Covid-19 with their mask down and you have many infected members. On my way out and never to return, I spoke with a staff member to express my concerns and she said that they make announcements to encourage mask usage. Really? They need to remove members and revoke memberships as they are putting other members health at risk. I saw other members that were in compliance with their masks look annoyed as well at what I was noticing but just went about their business as if they were invincible. It is just a matter of time before the health department shuts this place down. Perhaps the organization dont care as they are in bankruptcy, most clubs are closed or closing and they figure, lets make the last bit of money on this club as we can and not discourage members if they dont feel like wearing masks properly or if they want to poop on the floor or whatever they want to do.

Better than all the other 24s in the the area

Great place to workout! This place just opened up not to long ago. All the equipment is new and functioning. They have a basketball ball court, pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, Olympic lifting rigs, and everything else you find at your commercial gym. The locker rooms have plenty of lockers and they keep it pretty clean. But you do have to bring your own lock. I am a member here and recommend this gym!

Excellent space for working out! The have an app with workouts and instructions and the staff is very nice.

Great machines and plenty of room. Helpful and friendly staff! The dumbbells are in disarray unfortunately.

Gym gets ridiculously crowded especially around 6pm to close, these people decided to close most south florida location but try to pack as many people as possible into this location, gym is always packed regardless the time

Its got every machine you need to work everything out and the weights are high enough for anyone trying to push into that higher level weightlifting. FIU students get a discount too and can bring a buddy

Great staff, excellent equipment, best gym in Doral

I like this gym. Im from northern California. There are some problems. Weights area seems a bit small and it may get overcrowded. There are only 2 rowers and 1 assault bike. The unique thing I like are the 4 Olympic rigs. I like the turf in the center. There are loads of cardio machines. Its unfortunate there were no rowers and the lone assault bike were being used. Another plus is plenty of parking. Above all, its almost new!

Best place so far for fitness

I just was visiting Miami city from NYC and just want to hang out in gym. It is very decent brand new gym makes you work-out better.

I’ve been a member of 24 hr fitness for about 15 years. I usually go to a gym near my house but because it’s currently closed at this time, I was forced to go to the Doral West, Florida gym. In the 15 years that I’ve been a member of 24 hr fitness I’ve never experienced the type of unprofessionalism, rude, discourteous and confrontational attitude of one of the staff member at the Doral West, Florida location. I do not recommend this gym at all.

Beautiful GYM with state of the art equipment but not Kids Club. Doesn’t really make sense when the gym is located in a area where mostly families with small children reside.

The “fitness manager” JESSIE RODRIGUEZ is extremely rude and he has been harassing me and my friends at the gym, the guy was extremely rude and unprofessional every time I go to the gym he has something to say to my or my friends. Anny

Everything super clean, they should be a little more aware of the organization because sometimes people do not collaborate and there are weights everywhere but I know they are the users. Super clean bathrooms and most machines have spray available for cleaning, the facilities are super nice.

The experience was that they do not pay attention to your needs, but are thinking about everything they can offer you, which is not bad, but it is not what you want. Otherwise, all good. It has an exterior terrace, interior tables, wheelchair access, ample parking, male female bathrooms, very clean piece.

Too much mess

I have been trying to communicate with the gym since the pandemic started because I have not attended in months. To make matters worse in a month they have charged me three times. It is a lack of respect that there is no way to communicate.
