Sliding glass door repair and maintenance were both done thoroughly and cleanly. The 2 technicians showed up exactly on time and were very pleasant to deal with. The doors are now working perfectly! Overall a great experience working with this company and I highly recommend them!

I am a property manager and we pretty often have problems with the sliding balcony doors in the condos... Ive used the services of Impact Glass Services LLC second time already during this year. First time it was in January 2020, they came next day after I called them, they repaired the balcony door very fast and in a very professional way... Its been 10 months already and the door works perfect. Today I had the same problem with the door in another apartment. The technicians Jairo and Pipo did amazing job, they came sharp on time the appointment was scheduled, fixed everything within 2 hours, they were wearing face masks (due to COVID-19 complying with CDC guidelines). I am very satisfied with their services and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. 100% satisfied.

It fails when they fail to maintain an appointment .My scheduled appointment was between 10 & 11 as its 1130 & they have not arrived .As someone with a busy schedule i have no time to sit around until they decide to come .They also installed a window glass & did not install weather stripping on one side .If they do not fix this simple issue & avoid giving me a run around I have no choice but to contact my attorney

Perfectly competent workmanship, but they left a mess--the metal shards from drilling into the aluminum tracks, hand smudges all over the window frames, & botched window cleaning (we had to redo them). But the basic job seems good enough.

Very professional and polite team of guys who efficiently came and repaired all balcony doors at my apartment.

My property manager coordinated with this company to come and fix our sliding doors. I exchanged emails with Yussef, the Manager, to schedule a time for them to come to the apartment. It was easy, he communicated clearly, sent me a CC authorization form and we were set. The workers arrived close to on time (within a 30 minute timeframe) and were not able to complete the job they came to do. The workers told me they would have to come back and I said fine Ill talk to the property manager.My property manager called Yussef and he apologized for the situation. Something about the floors being higher up than normal and it had the workers delayed in fixing the doors (thats the most I understood lol). Yussef emailed me that same evening, apologized, and provided a different time for the workers to return and finish the job. I confirmed, they showed up again close to on time and finished the jobs.I had a total of 4 workers come into my apartment. All were friendly, quiet as possible, and polite. Especially as a woman, it was nice that they would yell my name from outside my room even though my door was open to not walk in the room. They were definitely aware of making sure they did not come up behind me or anything like that.Im giving 4 stars since my prop manager did some of the communication on the back-end, I cant speak into the company 100% as a customer. But Im happy with how they serviced my apartment.They fixed a total of 3 sliding doors and it cost about $1,200.

STAY AWAY! They showed up late for the estimate, didn’t even apologize, which should have been the first red flag. They then collected 50% deposit over the phone in order to schedule an appointment for installation, and then disappeared for over a month. Had to contest credit card charge to at least get the 50% back.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!Window broke after less than 4 years installed. After several months of following up to get the window reparied, all I could get was a we dont know when well be able to repair this, or even if well be able to repair this at all. I didnt know such a bad customer service was even possible!I ended up by contacting a different company that solved the problem.

They require you to make a 50% deposit and then dont show up for the appointment or call to let you know. When I tracked them down, by calling the salesman direct, I was finally told their truck broke down. But no one called me to let me know. I had taken off work for this appointment and they did not show. The office personnel are not helpful. I can only look for the manager Juan to try to make an effort to try and do something to compensate me for my time. Perhaps I can contact my CC company to stop payment for the deposit.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They do not return phone calls, pit calls on hold indefintely and the customer service is terrible. They claimed to have serviced our hurricane doors when we were out of town. The work was never done, and we were charged. When I tried to call them to sort things out, the woman who made the appointment stopped taking my calls altogether. Shame on you all!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

Very disappointing experience! The technicians who did painting and window repair were very good. The problem was that the job was not completed 2 months ago and despite multiple contacts with the sales/scheduling person, they have failed to return and finish the job.UPDATE: I changed my previously low rating to 5 stars. After my negative experience, a representative from Impact Glass contacted me and was very apologetic about their oversight. They immediately took care of the problem, sent an excellent technician to finish the window repair, and did a great job.

We had a very average experience with service, unfortunatly the product design allows for drainage holes in the frame of the sliding door track. Had a been aware of this I would not have chooses this product. Combined with a troublesome installation team, which after many calls the company tried to rectify however, our doors are very noisy & whistle with wind making for an ongoing reminder that we should have researched further.

Check their better business bureau ratings, not very good** They installed the wrong tint glass grey instead of bronze and tried to tell me that my bronze windows are dirty. I sent David Romero a pic, and he said yep they screwed up and would order new glass. They came again to install. While it was the right color this time, they sent the wrong size and it did not fit, and again David Romero said he would order a replacement. Months went by and no replacement window. They did charge us the full price for the window, after calling them and getting it reversed David said that he did not see an order for the replacement glass. He said he would order it, again months have gone by and no replacement glass even though we have already paid them. Dont use them, they are outright thieves and cannot be trusted. Now they will not return any of our calls. Yusuf Valez, I used to have more respect for you as a respected member of the south Florida business community. However, after using your company I have come to realize that you are just another owner of a unscrupulous business.

We had a broken door handle on our sliding glass doors and contacted Impact Glass. We got an answer, yes to fix it, right away. The installers were masked, professional and completed the job right on time!

The customer service at this company is HORRIBLE! I am still waiting for Mr. Yussuf Saleh to call me back. After 10 phone calls and voicemails, still no response. I had commercial glass doors installed in my business and they were defective. They said it would be fixed under warranty but never returned. They took the money and ran. I would recommend doing business with a reputable glass company and not waste time with this company. It is the absolute worst glass company in Miami. Lets see if Mr. Yussuf Saleh ever calls me back and stands behind his work....

Worst business transaction period!!!! I ordered windows in December and Im still waiting for them to be complete. Ordered windows and did not hear from the company for months! I contacted them only to find out the salesman messed up the paperwork. Waited another 2 months, in which I had to contact them, only to be told windows would be in shortly and someone would contact me. Waited another month, had to contact them again, only to find out some of the windows didnt arrive. Finally, the installation begins 2 weeks later. I was told 3 days...it took 6. Waited a week and a half for an inspection which I was given 2 different days, missed work and all, only for the inspector to never show. Finally get inspection, inspection doesnt pass. Ive now been waiting for 2 weeks, with doors missing trimming and stickers everywhere, for the final inspection. If I could remove every door and window and choose someone else, I would!!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Wish I could rate them a negative 5!!!
