The service was excellent. I had a sliding door that was in bad shape. The tech that came was very professional and efficient. They came the day after I called. I really didnt think there was any hope to get it repaired but they did and I was very happy. The repIr price was also good and fair. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I needed a sliding glass door panel replaced and called this company to come out and fix it after my house was broken into. When they got on site, they realized we were desperate and needed to get the glass fixed ASAP. As soon as they knew this, the technician quoted me $1500. I told them NO and then they dropped the price to $1000. Seriously? $1,000 to replace a standard sliding glass window! Because I had no choice, I had to pay it.This company is morally bankrupt and will take advantage of you every opportunity they get. Call ANYONE else but this company unless you want to get ripped off. I filed a BBB compliant.
